She poured a pop on the couch and it didn't absorb!! They delivered the couch the next day and it wouldn't fit in any of my building's elevators. I was afraid I'd have to return it. The delivery guys left. Then an hour later Amy Jo called me and said they were coming back with a their guy and we're gonna carry this massive sectional couch up 12 flights of stairs for me!! We ordered living room furniture and bedroom furniture last March 17. Part of the living room furniture was lost and that item had to be cancelled. We had waited 5 months and only received part of the order. So we cancelled that one item and ordered from another company and got it delivered in 10 days. We received only part of our bedroom furniture in November but the bed itself has been sitting at their delivery hub since October 3rd. We were notified 2 days ago that it would be delivered this coming Thursday and we're then notified today that it had been cancelled again. Despite emails and texts sent to their leadership team by each agent I spoke with, no one from leadership has ever attempted to contact me. I find it highly disappointing that a company with the reputation of Williams Sonoma/Pottery Barn conducts their business in such a haphazard manner. I cannot recommend this company at all. Furniture quality I'd excellent but follow through is very poor.

You end up with a large hole across the top where your pillows slide down and you cannot make your bed because the mattress is up against the footboard. There are two very small plastic end caps that are suppose to hold the mattress in place. I called the owner 4 times, a very nice guy who says he will call back and never ever has. I offered to change out my bed frame for another and (guess what?) he said he'd call back and doesn't. I have such a hard time making my bed every day. I thought the sale and install was great, but the true metal of a company is how they act when there's a problem.
