We ordered a dresser, that's all. One of the dresser drawers isn't working properly. I've made several phone calls to the sales person, Jessica and the manager. Jessica told me that a person will contact me to fix the problem. NOT! No one has returned my calls after 3 weeks. I do not recommend this store at all. Wanted to warn everybody about Tuskers Home Store. They are now a representative for Tommy Bahama's Lexington and I must say the price and quality of product are abysmal. My wife and I bought a dining room table set of over 6000 dollars. So far, three of the chairs have been delivered broken. It has been over two months since the order and I still have two broken chairs. I got so fed up I wanted my money back or at least a store credit as the quality of the furniture is dubious at best. Amazingly, the owner and Lexington take no responsibility for the problem and blame the shipping company. It is the shipping company used both times by Lexington to ship the broken chairs. Why would they continue to use this company if they are so inept. Moreover, Destin is a small community and this owner definitely does not believe in doing right by his customers. Save your hard earned dollars and go shop at Lovelace Interiors. The quality of their furniture destroys the Lexington brand, and the cost is not much more. I made a big mistake. Only saving grace at all about the store is Jason the assistant manager. He is a gem. Too bad the rest of the experience has been awful. I will not go back. Zero customer service. BTW...they offered me an olive to keep the broken chairs and fix them on my dime. The leg is shattered; who would want to seat a parent or child on a chair with a shattered leg. Moreover, I would have to pay to get it fixed. You would think that with all the hassle they would have at least offerred to fix it. read more

In March 2017, I spent $6000 in Tuskers Home Store . Half the items were delivered to me defective. It is now December 2017, and Tuskers has yet to refund, replace or repair two chairs that were delivered in poor condition. They both have oversized cushions that will not remain in place and slide out several inches every time chair is sat in. One chair has a faulty mechanism and chair wobbles and jiggles and squeaks. One chair has a frame issue where metal pokes through creating hole in fabric. All these problems were present at delivery. Upon being made aware of these issues, they originally offered replacement chairs, acknowledging the poor quality. I went in the store and selected from their recommendations. Waited two months and never received new chairs. Called repeatedly but was always avoided and calls never returned. No explanation whatsoever. By late August, disgusted with service and living with defective chairs , I asked for refund and they promised to pick them up but never showed. In September, I filed dispute with credit card company. Tuskers lied in their response about turn of events, said they have no refund policy, I signed for furniture at delivery, they offered warranty repair but I refused and that I had caused all damage myself through improper use. I am still waiting for that resolution with credit card and have now filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. The promises they made to credit card company have remained unfulfilled. No surprise there. It is my opinion that Tuskers never intended to make good on these chairs and that they are stalling til warranty runs out. This is not a warranty issue. I purchased and paid for new chairs, in good faith, with the expectation of quality merchandise which they failed to deliver. They have been dishonest and untrustworthy from the moment they took my money to the bank. Their furniture is over priced and quality is lacking. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. I ordered a Bernhardt complete bedroom set and dining room table & chairs from Hooker. I received my Hooker stuff but have yet to receive the bedroom set. This was all ordered around July 6th and I was told that they checked with the manufacturer and they would have everything in within 3 -4 weeks. Here it is Oct 15th and no bedroom (I am sleeping with mattresses on the floor). My biggest complaint is that no one ever calls me back - I leave message after message for my sales person, Cindy, but she never calls me back. I have asked her to call me with updates on what is happening but she never does. I am getting pretty fed up with this service. read more

VERY POOR SERVICE & FOLLOW-UP On October 27, 2015 I purchased a silverleaf reef shark from Tuskers Home Store in Miramar Beach, FL. The salesman told me it would take two weeks and they would call me. Three weeks later, I called the store and was told it was on back order. Why wouldn't someone from the store call me asap to let me know??? During the week of Thanksgiving I stopped into the store. The ladies said it shipped and should arrive the week after Thanksgiving. Two weeks later, still no calls! I called on December 10th and again on the 15th - still no shark. Finally after all the BS, I had my husband call. At that time, Jason said it was on the shipping dock and a new trucking company was going to deliver it. I got a message on December 17th that it should be there on the 18th and he (Jason) would call and let me know. I didn't get a call. So I called on Saturday and was told to go to the warehouse to pick it up. I do not recommend doing business with this company. read more

May 2014 - I have bought a lot of furniture from different places over the years and these folks really stood out in a good way !!! I bought several pieces of furniture and when I got them home, I just didn't like one of them as much as I thought I would. They took it back with no questions asked and went out of their way to make sure that I found just the right replacement piece. Our family really appreciated the excellent customer service and stylish furniture we purchased from Tuskers. We will definitely be buying from them again. read more

Very dissatisfied with Tuskers in Destin. Purchased a King Bed, Rug, Entertainment Console and Coffee Table on June 28th. The Entertainment Console and Coffee Table arrived in a couple of weeks. Started calling on the bed around August 21st and received nothing but excuses. Finally received a commitment to have the bed delivered on September 16th only to receive a call stating the bad was damaged when it arrived. We picked up the rug on September 17th. Tuskers said they would expedite a replacement bed...why didn't they expedite the original bed months back? I have requested a refund for the product and no one other than the owner can approve refunds. I will not do business with them again and am working with my credit card company for the refund. read more

I too want to warn everyone to stay away from Tuskers Home Store at all cost. We purchased a sleeper sofa and a couch. Both items were delivered damaged and the couch was not the one we choose. The sales lady apparently ordered a different model and they are standing behind a incorrect invoice. We asked for the couch to be swapped out for the correct model which they agreed but never followed up. After several months of being screwed around I asked I got the BBB involved and requested a refund as we no longer want Tuskers products in our home. It has now been 6 months and Tuskers management has not made good on $2000 worth of damaged furniture. Don't even take a chance on these turkeys, its not worth it. read more

I would NOT recommend anyone shopping here! We ordered a lot of furniture at the end of Dec 2015 and were told by the OWNER that it would be delivered to us within 4-6 weeks! By week 9 we had received NOTHING after being told numerous times it was "on its way"! And come to find out, half of what we ordered was on back order until the end of April.
