It really only took a few minutes to select the mattress for me. I was asked just maybe 5 questions and that narrowed the selection to 2 brands and 2 comfort levels. No push or pressure to get a higher priced item or additions. Made my choice, was briefed on policies including the sleep trial guarantee, then arranged for delivery. Very happy to hear the words "delivery tomorrow" and that I would receive a text or call to let me know time. I signed my paperwork and thanked Jeremy for his help in making sure I would be pleased with my purchase. Delivery - Wow. On time. Extremely polite and kind young man. Perfect. Thanks guys.
