I spent countless hours calling the manufacturer just to be looped back to the website. I tried my home warranty, and it wasn't covered. I had just about given up and at the point where I was willing to pay for a new motor or a new base. I contacted The Sleep Center and to my surprise, Nick (like Clark Kent) was willing to come to my house and save the day. Nick, was like a superhero with a mask on and cell phone! He listened to me, asked relevant questions and quickly troubleshot the problem, and even provided me with an electronic version of my manual. After he fixed the issue, he walked me through the steps that he took to get my bed functional. I know this bed won't last forever, but it's great to know that there are still solid business people that stand behind their products and are willing to help. When it's time to buy another mattress or smart base The Sleep Center will be my first choice. I didn't know this at first, but The Sleep Center is locally owned and operated. And from personal experience I know they really do have a heart for people in this community. If you're looking for a good mattress store where they treat you right, take the time to visit The Sleep Center first and invest locally with people that will be there for more than an initial purchase.

So the next day feeling terrible with lack of sleep, I went to the store to complain and try to work out this situation. The store clerk refused to hear my situation and then told me to leave the store. If I didn't leave he would call the cops. So I talked to the store manager who said he could refund part of my money but that he would have to charge me a restocking fee. At least I was getting part of my money and they took the mattress off my hands. I have never had such poor treatment from a store before. I was even willing to upgrade my purchase to a more expensive bed. Because of the way the clerk talked to me and treated me I took my money some where else where I was treated with respect and like I was a valuable customer. Not once did they admit to me they sent me the wrong bed and that it was not the bed I pick out. So, whatever happened to the customer is always right? I would not recommend this store to anyone. Every one of my clients who set in my chair gets my disapproval rating of this store.

The adjustable bed I purchased with the wonderful mattress at a good price has a terrible…read moreidiocrncry. The first time you use it, the mattress slips to the bottom of the bed frame. You end up with a large hole across the top where your pillows slide down and you cannot make your bed because the mattress is up against the footboard. There are two very small plastic end caps that are suppose to hold the mattress in place. I called the owner 4 times, a very nice guy who says he will call back and never ever has. I offered to change out my bed frame for another and (guess what?) he said he'd call back and doesn't. I have such a hard time making my bed every day. I thought the sale and install was great, but the true metal of a company is how they act when there's a problem.

There are a ton of bad reviews online, which initially made me nervous about buying here. I expressed my concerns to the sales reps about how I had read tons of horrible reviews about quality and shipping, and they (Mark) were very honest and forthcoming with information. They told me my couches would be delivered within 4-16 weeks which honestly scared me, since I needed them before the holidays. But I took a chance... and they were delivered within 2 WEEKS. Maybe I'm lucky, but just wanted to give a shout-out to this place! despite all the bad things and experiences people talk about..., this place really did take care of me, offered some great discounts, awesome customer service, and my couches were delivered suuuuper early!!

Manufacturer warranty per Badcock's policy covers the repair. Called the store and was given an appointed time for repair person to come to our home and fix it. Spent the entire appointed day waiting, repair person never called to confirm, never showed in the day, was a Friday. Called store Monday to ask why I waited all day and no one showed? Was told repair person was very busy and would get to us eventually and not given a follow up date. Brand new sofa is half unusable. Will be looking into other ways to make my concerns known to potential customers if my sofa isn't repaired ASAP. Horrible way to treat local customers! Should've known better, I've heard this company sucks. Will also report this to my leadership on base to issue a warning to fellow military personnel and if it's not addressed professionally by the manager I will seek to have the business black listed. Lately when we stop it seems as if they are getting way out of wack with their prices. We noticed for awhile now someone is getting crazy pricing things. They seem to start off with $2.95 no matter if it even came from the dollar tree. I've seen items that were originally cheaper than their asking price. Not only are you paying more for most items they ask when you check out if you want to round up to the next 1$!! I personally would not mind if prices were cheaper. They do however have one tag they discount I think weekly. Most the time your Lucky to find one or 2 items that color. Of course we know everything is donated so why be greedy asking such high prices. I wouldn't even stop here but it's close enough to my Moms house so it's easy to stop in. Ive even been here when a few people have made the comment they were too expensive and walked out. There is plenty of parking . The donation area you pull on the side to the rear of the building. The help is usually nice to deal with. I guess we will stop coming as often and maybe someone will take over the pricing and the word will get around fast, right now best to go if your looking for something in particular you might but get lucky.
