I spent countless hours calling the manufacturer just to be looped back to the website. I tried my home warranty, and it wasn't covered. I had just about given up and at the point where I was willing to pay for a new motor or a new base. I contacted The Sleep Center and to my surprise, Nick (like Clark Kent) was willing to come to my house and save the day. Nick, was like a superhero with a mask on and cell phone! He listened to me, asked relevant questions and quickly troubleshot the problem, and even provided me with an electronic version of my manual. After he fixed the issue, he walked me through the steps that he took to get my bed functional. I know this bed won't last forever, but it's great to know that there are still solid business people that stand behind their products and are willing to help. When it's time to buy another mattress or smart base The Sleep Center will be my first choice. I didn't know this at first, but The Sleep Center is locally owned and operated. And from personal experience I know they really do have a heart for people in this community. If you're looking for a good mattress store where they treat you right, take the time to visit The Sleep Center first and invest locally with people that will be there for more than an initial purchase.

So the next day feeling terrible with lack of sleep, I went to the store to complain and try to work out this situation. The store clerk refused to hear my situation and then told me to leave the store. If I didn't leave he would call the cops. So I talked to the store manager who said he could refund part of my money but that he would have to charge me a restocking fee. At least I was getting part of my money and they took the mattress off my hands. I have never had such poor treatment from a store before. I was even willing to upgrade my purchase to a more expensive bed. Because of the way the clerk talked to me and treated me I took my money some where else where I was treated with respect and like I was a valuable customer. Not once did they admit to me they sent me the wrong bed and that it was not the bed I pick out. So, whatever happened to the customer is always right? I would not recommend this store to anyone. Every one of my clients who set in my chair gets my disapproval rating of this store.
