The interior is clean and standard cafe vibes. Well lit and relatively quiet.
The service was alright, and the staff came to check on us a few times. We weren't given water with our cups when we were seated for some reason.
The food was... hit or miss. Potato salad was somehow soggy and not crisp and crunchy, which was a huge letdown. Wood ear mushroom salad was alright. The cold tossed tofu skin strips salad was easily the best out of the three cold dishes we ordered. My Szechuan noodles were mid. Overly soft noodles with a broth lacking umami, topped with a pitiful tablespoon of ground pork and two strips of leafy greens. The fried egg, a very basic item, looked like it was almost forgotten in the pan. They didn't ask how she wanted the egg either. Szechuan boiled fish hotpot was the only adequate dish.
