Being a past customer gives us a small discount which helps to lower the cost of operating. The spa is a Hot Springs salt based system, so very little maintenance is required due to a lot of automation of water quality tech built in. There have been a few small items requiring some fixes, but have been covered by warranty which is a bonus and another reason why we chose this spa system.

I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

That's why I can wholeheartedly recommend going with spas etc. Not only are we completely enamored with our tub, but the service from the moment we first walked into the store until now, has been first rate. We waited around 6 months for delivery and now that we have our tub we sleep better every night and our general well-being is significantly better. We had a few minor hiccups after our delivery and Dan and Kevin were on it from top to bottom. I have never experienced better customer service from any company, especially post purchase. They not only stand behind their products at 100%, but also their word. I'll also mention the fact that they're significantly cheaper than their competitors.
