This job was done and I would not hire anyone else to do your pool. Kori is very fair in pricing and much lower than the bigger companies. However, he does not sacrifice any ounce of quality workmanship. He can be busy since it is Florida so patience is key, if you want things done correctly. More expensive, and quick, may not mean quality! Sorry for my lack in getting you this review sooner, it's been a long year as you can expect.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

We enjoyed this place but wished there was clarity in the operating hours of the arcade and food…read more We wanted to enjoy the lazy river which was nice and relaxing but had lots of plant and mulch debris - likely from the rain and not from neglect. It was unfortunate that the arcade and all the slides were closed in the early evening (when you can finally go outside to avoid the Orlando summer sun baking you alive) and everything aside from one bar was closed. We managed to get a few drinks for the kids and us. Folks were *generally* (see below) well behaved and we brought our pool noodles into the river to avoid the steep floaty fee. We were not expecting as many drunk adults trying to skirt the floaty rental requirement or entitled kids climbing all over the rocks that clearly said "do not climb" but that's how it is sometimes.

Nice fitness center and bars and restaurants easily walkable. Overall a good experience despite the inconvenience of the renovation going on

Approximately 5 days later, Eric's company returned to remove the chemical while the pool remained drained. This was when I observed multiple bubbles and craters on the pool surface floor. Eric refused to take responsibility for the damage he caused to my pool. It shall be noted, the craters and pools were not present before Eric was granted the contract.
