Renamed after being Bowlero for a few years, but really still looks the exact same but in reds instead of blues. Reserved online for 4 adults and 3 kids... we had lanes side by side so we could all be together and share snacks but so have space to keep kids and adults separated. Setting up the lanes is easy and the screens walk you through. It's easy to turn bumpers on and offabs make changes even if you've already started. The waitress stopped by often and kept drinks filled. Even if she didn't it was easy to order by screen. The food was surprisingly good for a bowling alley. The crispy chicken sandwich was flavorful and moist. The app sampler was delish and perfectly shareable. It's a great place to hang with friends

The Bird of Paradise package turned out to be exactly what we needed, and the arrangements/DIYs we did filled our space beautifully without overwhelming it. What really impressed us was how Jennifer coordinated with our other vendors to make sure the timing and transitions went smoothly throughout the night. She was responsive to our questions and made adjustments whenever we asked, which gave us so much peace of mind leading up to the big day. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and personable venue to work with.

We opted for the all in package where Boojum coordinated with their preferred venders to handle about 90% of the arrangements and for a VERY reasonable price. Everyone brought their A game!! Food was delicious, music was fantastic (even with a last minute DJ swap due to an emergency), and the grounds were stunning! They did everything right. Multiple beautiful backdrops available for the big day. We chose the grand fountain but soooo many other great options. Even the little things. Everyone warned us how hard it is to eat on your wedding day but as soon as we left the ceremony area to the backstage, there was a waiter for my wife and I along with the bridal party with appetizers and drink orders. Jennifer the day of works as your wedding coordinator and she does a fantastic job! Everything was so well run and on time as well. Everyone told me this was the best venue and the best experience they ever had at a wedding and I know it wasn't just them being nice! If you're the type of person who wants to be able to say you got married at Wrigley, fine. But if your focus is the best possible experience for your guests and yourselves, Boojum is by far the way to go!! These guys throw an EPIC wedding and party!!!

They offer multiple ways to visit, including the self-guided audio tour, Behind-The-Scenes tour, Apprentice Shelters Hike, Golden Hour Sunset Hike, Sonoran Desert Plant Hike and Tasting. The most popular visitation experience is through the self-guided audio tour, which my partner and I opted for on a Sunday morning during their last slot at 10:45am and purchased the additional matching card set. We parked in the small, gravel parking lot out front, walked to the gift shop entrance to start our audio tour. Since we were about 15 minutes late, we were advised to start a few stations into the tour and follow through until its completion. While it's clearly outlined on its website to bring your own earphones, we forgot to, but we were provided with equipment to borrow. We also downloaded the app for listening. This day was particularly hot, so we opted to skip over the outside stations and instead listen to their tour while sitting in the inside stations. The site in general is not very air-conditioned, although some stations do have some air-conditioning. I would highly recommend bringing an umbrella to shade from the sun as well as a hat and handheld personal fan. The experience speaks for itself. But I'd recommend it for anyone in the area with free time in the morning and an appreciation for art.

Everything flows, everything connects, from the reflecting tiles to the Chinoiserie to the additional and more expansive rooms as his creation added staff who needed more space. It is interesting to visualize the space as it would have been when he lived here. Beautiful views of the desert and Phoenix far away. Yes, it ain't cheap but well worth it.

We ate breakfast everyday with our team in the lobby and the staff was absolutely wonderful. We didn't use the pool this time around as we were there for work. It was conveniently located to other restaurants and shopping nearby. The biggest negative was that they placed us by the elevator. We asked for a different room, but It was the only one available. This and the flat pillows kept us up all night so we didn't get a ton of sleep while on this trip. Not to mention, we requested they clean our room while we stayed there and they only ended up cleaning our room once because we called and asked. Overall, decent stay but it definitely could have been better.

That's a neat way for hotel owners to cut labor expense while providing a substandard guest experience. The room is stocked with only one towel. Is this Motel 6? I'm paying $350/night here. There are no drawers so your belongings either stay in your suitcase or are strewn about. The food is abysmal - frozen things warmed up in a Turbochef. Yuck. A gas station hot dog would be better than what they serve here.
