I've also experienced that the matcha latte at the UBC JJ Bean usually isn't prepared properly (as of probably 2022 which is the last time I got matcha there) and figured it was just a location thing but now I'm wondering if it's just something about the franchise. This cafe is a little small but they've arranged it with plenty of seating inside and a few tables outside too. Nice environment, modern but comfortable.
