Upon trying out a few different chairs and attempting to narrow down what I wanted. I was approached and notified the store was closing in 2 minutes and asked if I needed help. How about this? A. fix your times to align with 98% of similar chain stores and what your google listing shows. B. ask me if I need assistance when I enter your store, instead of being complete ghosts and approaching me ONLY to notify me you guys are closing in 2 minutes... How these places are still in business these days is already a stretch of the imagination. Add in poor customer service and terrible hours, they're just compiling the problem. I'll gladly go elsewhere and spend my money.

This was much easier than shopping with their office supplies competitors where many aisles have no labels forcing you to wander around looking. I was looking for desk organization items such as in & out baskets, post it note holders, pencil holders, that type of thing. They had a wide variety of styles and prices to choose from. I didn't need the whole set just one specific item and narrowed it down to two that I wanted. This was good to have a choice and I opted for the more expensive one because it was more sturdy. Too many times I have shopped at a competitor only to walk out empty handed because they didn't have want I wanted. And I don't like for an employee to tell me I can order one online. If you are going to have a brick and mortar store then please stock it because I want what I want when I want it and don't want to wait. Office Depot "gets it" and does exactly that.

When my mother was seriously ill, this Target became a go-to stress reliever when I'd visit her at Hendricks Regional in Danville. It was big enough here that I could get lost. Despite living very close to the Glendale Target, I frequented this one a lot. Flash forward to today. My father recently passed away and I'm spending a lot of time in nearby Putnam County. Yesterday, in particular, was a bit stressful as I began clearing out some more personal items and couldn't quite get through the emotions to clear my father's clothing. I decided to stop in Target for some friendly faces, stress relief, and a few items I knew I needed. First off, this is a Target SuperCenter. I sometimes forget that Glendale, while being large, is not a SuperCenter in anyway. This location has, I believe, three entrances. All entrances offer accessible parking, automatic doors, and easy accessibility. I do wish Target had some smaller carts (maneuvering large carts from a wheelchair is a hassle), but that's a minor deficiency. Too many people think the automatic carts are for wheelchair users - they're not. They're great for people who have difficulty walking long distances, however, for someone who stays in a wheelchair they're impractical. While I can get a little frustrated at Glendale for items they don't have, this Target tends to have them. There are exceptions - I was dismayed by the small quantity of V8 energy availability here and it's WAY less than Glendale. There were other food items where I'd look at them and think "That's all you have?" On the other hand, this Target is cleaner. It's better organized. The employees are friendlier (though still have a tendency to block aisles when stocking and be clueless when a wheelchair user comes by trying to get through. Here's your clue - move your cart.). I only needed a handful of items. I was able to find them, generally, quite easily. Employees were friendly. I used self-checkout - this is rare for me, but given my small order it worked well. The employee supervising it wasn't particularly interactive, however, it was fine. I've never used this store's online order or drive-up pick-up options. So, I can't give an opinion there. However, I was pleased with my in-store experience after a stressful day clearing out my father's home.

Microcenter had my laptop for over two weeks and gave it back to me with a new screen. Once I got it back less than a day of use my laptop went completely dark. I took it back to Microcenter where the cashier let me know that they'll look at it again under the same ticket from when they had it. He also let me know that they ONLY replaced my screen- they did nothing for liquid. A week goes by- I have no text, email, nothing from micro center. You cannot reach the store at all- you have to go through multiple 800 numbers and be transferred. After finally speaking to someone they let me know I wasn't checked in correctly and they were sorry - less than an hour later I get a text that my motherboard fried due to liquid... The manager texts me telling my they'll transfer my data if able to for free- they then fight and charge me it the next day. I had to walk back inside and send the screenshots in order to get my data xfer for free... I will never be back.

Staples said they would never give a package out without proper ID but yet they cannot show me proof of who picked it up and who signed for it! It wasn't me! My suspicions is it was employee who knew it was a cell phone and took it! How else would someone come in with the tracking number and my ID to sign for it!
