Still, through the message exchange with Victor and reviewing AS reviews dating back a decade, some of which praise Victor himself, I gained confidence that even though the product, condition, and price are too good to be true, I can trust this store. And.. 10 days later, I got my huge speakers! Original packaging, and everything. There is a reason why Audio Solutions has been in this business for over 25 years. They offer quality products for all budgets and have a very knowledgeable staff. I recently inherited a pair of Klipschorn AK3's. So, since they say that horns and tubes are a match made in heaven, I was "tube curious" and paid a visit to their store. The staff patiently guided me through various options and gave me the opportunity to evaluate them by listening to my music preferences. Besides carrying a huge amount of new and used gear in a fantastic store, these guys have a superior amount of knowledge and unbeatable service to offer as well. Case in point, they just traveled eight-plus hours to our new home to set up a two-channel rig, a small theater, some in-ceiling speakers, and exterior cameras. They worked their tails off for two straight days with a level of professionalism and attention to detail that was highly impressive - all the while having a good time doing it. But as Mr Maloney from my sophomore year in HS was found of saying....Jesus Mary and Joseph! Tonight I unwrapped the big MC2500 power amp! Hooked up to JBL 4671 OK speakers. Rated at 200w continuous. Gratefully the big McIntosh has power output meters....so I didn't destroy the JBLs. As you can imagine, it made them stand up and dance...and the 15 inch Velodyne sub was having a hard time keeping up with all that output. I'm in Portland, OR and Audio Solutions is in Indy. Graham is a thoughtful guy, so even though he is busy as all get-out...he takes my calls and makes me feel like I'm his only customer. Almost everything is done....and....WOW ! These guys did a hell of a job ! Everything working seemlessly through an IPad.....relatively easy to figure out..even for a neophyte such as moi. Amazing...the gentleman that sold me the stuff in the store...also did the installation with his partner. Installation was superb...WAY beyond my expectations....and I find fault with sunsets over bodies of water in the arms of a beautiful woman :) Of course...I bought more stuff....couple sets of outdoor speakers....blue ray...some airport thingy from apple... These guys did not try to up-sell me on anything...and in fact...make me take back some things I wanted..but they didn't think I needed....unheard of ! I am a cheapskate....and often suffer from sever bouts of buyers remorse...but... $17K later....and I have NO regrets whatsoever. Now...how about those Sonus speakers for 40K ? read more

When I called the store I was talked at for an hour barely able to interject a question now and then. Left a list of equipment that I have and what I might like to audition. Was told they would email some prices and check inventory but never heard back. Having trouble understanding a business model where a salesman can invest an hour bending a prospective customer's ear then not follow up. I wasn't impressed with stories of $100,000 installations I want my hour back. read more

Over many years and multiple experiences, I've had nothing but outstanding advice, service and support from the guys at Audio Solutions (A/S). Graham, Zach and Vic are the best! However recently, I had the opportunity to see Audio Solutions' expertise in a different light. I chose the Audio Solutions team as the low voltage contractor for our new custom designed and constructed home and I'm darn happy I did! As my previously experiences have been, this new one was superbly satisfying and rewarding. Audio Solutions' specified superb materials. They performed the efforts associated with smoke detector, doorbell and home security wiring. However, their audio-centric background positively stood them apart from their peers. This meant they recognized and understood the importance of the cable/wiring selection process and the need to segregate Mains wiring from Low Voltage wiring to prevent RF (radio frequency) interference. More importantly, because of their audio and video focus, they were able to advise and implement in-wall TV pre-wiring and ceiling speaker placement for accurate home theater sound and video reproduction. Audio Solution's installation was done with great care and attention to detail and they worked diligently to satisfy our new home's many requirements. I couldn't speak more highly or recommend the gang at Audio Solution's more for a potential audio, video equipment purchase. But now, the same recommendation applies for the hardware and wiring of everything associated with a house's low voltage requirements (e.g. automation, security, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, audio and home theater etc.). I used to be on a relatively tight budget and I still like high end stuff. I'm not above buying pre-owned equipment and used to go to this place to appreciate things I knew were out of my financial reach. I infrequently bought used equipment as I could afford it, built up a reasonable system, and had been upgrading as I could. The past several times I had been in, though, I was treated rudely. For example, the last time I was there, the guy at the front desk wouldn't recognize my presence even though I paused at the entrance. After I entered the showroom I heard him mutter something like "are you gonna just look around and leave again?" I wasn't sure I heard him clearly and said "pardon me?" He sat there silently. During that visit I asked the owner if he would please give me an in-home consultation for a fee. I figured since I had little money to spend it would be more efficient to have an expert tell me were to spend my next x-thousand dollars. He seemed agreeable and took my information. He told me he had some business in my vicinity soon and would be happy to stop by. I never heard from him. My financial situation has since changed considerably for the better and I go elsewhere with my business. If they knew how much money I've spent on audiophile equipment in the past year, I'm sure they'd be elated to help me now, but then it would be even more obvious what kind of people they are. After catching the audiophile bug, I decided to check out the only place in Indianapolis that has demonstration B&W speakers and McIntosh amplifiers. This would be the only chance for me to "try before I buy". Also, I was in the need for a good pair of bookshelf stands, I decided to give this place a try to see what they had. After walking through the door, I was ignored for fifteen minutes, as one man did not even look up from his computer as I was walking around this shop. After 15 minutes had passed, I explained that I was interested in high-end audio, and I was also in the market for a good pair of bookshelf stands. I was told they didn't really offer anything in my price range. MY PRICE RANGE?!?! I had not given any inclination on how much I was willing to spend. I feel like I was summed up instantly and seen as a lower person than he wanted to deal with. That brought an immediate end to my last and all future experiences with Audio Solutions. read more
