They are SO nice and always open to talking nerd stuff. Both are very well educated on video games (old and new) and very enthusiastic. They are great at answering questions and sharing information on upcoming games. The store has a decent sized private lot and is relatively clean and organized. The staff there is awesome. I was there looking for a few items and one of the employees sought me out and guided me to each item I was looking for, while providing helpful suggestions along the way. The other employees were very upbeat and friendly. I had been here a few other times and had never been disappointed. This is where I even got my vax card laminated for free. This is a large chain, so their prices are what they are. As far as this store goes, the employees separate it from other similar establishments and I had a very pleasurable shopping experience.

He proceeded to take the bags in the back and was joined by the Caucasian woman. About five minutes later he came back and offered me $20 for each bag? I felt insulated and shocked and mislead. I felt like the woman didn't take the time to examine the bags properly to even give me a fair price. I've pawned things at that location before and got a very good and fair price for my items.
