Culver is truly proud of the youth here.

Wow, I really am glad Bourbon Street pizza is here. The employees are always polite, and smiling. Needless to say; the pizza is. Great. Haven't had a bad one yet. The place is always clean too. I order to least to pizza's each time, and I enjoy the Italian hand toss the best. The prices are very reasonable. I can tell, this is the hang out for the students of Culver High and Culver Academy. Don't get me wrong, "We" older pizza lovers have a new "HOT SPOT" too.

Taylor approved! Excellent pizza and excellent service!

We've visited during summers, winters, holiday weekends, and everything in between. Unfortunately, our most recent visit left us so disappointed that we won't be returning. Over Labor Day weekend we dined twice--Friday was great, no issues at all. But on Sunday, we arrived at 6:30 pm, ordered nachos, two salads, a burger, and spaghetti. It took an hour just to get our appetizer, and after waiting two hours, I asked to cancel the rest of our food. I was told that I could not. Our server did her best to keep drinks filled, but each time she came back she repeated, "the kitchen said your food will be up soon." She eventually told us the grill was having problems and that none of her tables had received food. When I pointed out that multiple tables seated after us already had their meals, she explained they had ordered pizza. She then delivered the wrong food to us (steaks). It was the table next to us, which arrived about 15 minutes after we did. After this, I asked to speak with a manager. Katie arrived about 20 minutes later, visibly irritated, and immediately defensive. I explained my frustration with the long wait and inconsistent communication. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the situation, she blamed the holiday weekend began telling us why kitchen process to justify why other tables got their food already. When I said, "Well, it sounds like you just don't care," she told me she wouldn't be spoken to that way and walked off. I later spoke with the owner, who was apologetic and explained they were short three people in the kitchen. I told her that if we had simply been told upfront about the delay, we would have been more understanding. I also shared that Katie's attitude was unacceptable. She replied that "Katie was under a lot of stress". In the end, we were there for over 2 hours and 45 minutes. This entire experience could have been avoided with honest communication and a little kindness. Sadly, we'll be choosing other local restaurants moving forward that value their customers' experience.

Upon ordering, I was given a time of 35 minutes and a total of $35.00. About 7 minutes later I get call saying that it's going to be 50 minutes and "BTW, the cost is $45"! Hmmmm so I paid $45 for what was supposed to be a deep dish pizza but what arrived as flat as a thin crust one topping pizza . The extra money was supposedly to cover the Italian beef meat that I requested on my pizza but you would have literally had to go swimming through the pizza to find a scant piece of Italian beef . What did I find? Let me tell you , a big huge chunk of brown paper bag flopped in the sauce under the cheese layer . I basically received a hard, burned to a crisp crust with a bunch of sauce flopped on the top , a bite or two of ham , a few crumbles of cheese and specks of Italian beef . I will never ever again darken their doorstep with my money . Trust me, they know that we were good for at least $100 a month in orders if not more. I would say that probably over the last year , the food and service has just gotten progressively worse to the point that now they are serving brown paper bag and charging $45 for it ! I would sooner buy frozen pizza then ever return to Gina's.

(They were not busy, just a normal weekday evening around 530) Gave them the entire order then hoping to move things along. 20 minutes to receive our food after ordering Interestingly, they were around to take payment right on time (2-3 minutes) but it took forever (7-8 minutes) to get us boxes (asked for both at the same time). The food is the saving grace. It's all fantastic in my experience (more than five visits, trying different items each time). The staff is nice, just not attentive. I thought it was a little overpriced, but I'm probably cheap . Their location is in a cellphone dead zone; they have WiFi to combat that - good luck getting someone to stop by your table, but you can ask for it when they finally do and get it! If you're not in a hurry, check this place out! Delicious!

Today, I decided that I wanted something different and had a drive until I was back in town, so it would be fine to have a longer wait time for pick up. I don't see why it takes 45 minutes to make a regular crust pizza with one topping, but at least they let you know ahead of time. My issue today was that I also ordered a sandwich. I picked up my food as the pizza was coming out of the oven, in which I had to wait on.. and the whole time my sandwich was setting there boxed up. It had been boxed up for quite some time. The sandwich was cold, and the pizza was bland and didn't have the extra sauce that I paid for. It's just very bland pizza. The crust is flavorless, and it seems like the cheese is too. The sandwich would have been good if it was hot and the oil hadn't soaked into the bread by the time my pizza was ready. Let me also add, that it's a pretty pricey pizza. So... high cost, long wait times, and meh flavor.

The toppings were covered with cheese so I couldn't see the quality or quantity. The pie crust was too thick and chewy for our taste. The price for a 14 inch, 2 topping pizza was twenty dollars. Not exactly a bargain. We were expecting more.
