Employees were very friendly and accommodating to requests. Ambiance - the place was bigger on the inside than i thought. There were plenty of booths for dining. I would guess that maybe around 50 people could eat in there. Restaurant was well designed and clean. Saw the employees cleaning the tables regularly while i was there.

Today, I decided that I wanted something different and had a drive until I was back in town, so it would be fine to have a longer wait time for pick up. I don't see why it takes 45 minutes to make a regular crust pizza with one topping, but at least they let you know ahead of time. My issue today was that I also ordered a sandwich. I picked up my food as the pizza was coming out of the oven, in which I had to wait on.. and the whole time my sandwich was setting there boxed up. It had been boxed up for quite some time. The sandwich was cold, and the pizza was bland and didn't have the extra sauce that I paid for. It's just very bland pizza. The crust is flavorless, and it seems like the cheese is too. The sandwich would have been good if it was hot and the oil hadn't soaked into the bread by the time my pizza was ready. Let me also add, that it's a pretty pricey pizza. So... high cost, long wait times, and meh flavor.

The toppings were covered with cheese so I couldn't see the quality or quantity. The pie crust was too thick and chewy for our taste. The price for a 14 inch, 2 topping pizza was twenty dollars. Not exactly a bargain. We were expecting more.

You can tell that the ingredients are of a very high quality and the dough recipe is perfect. What really stands out to me is the crust. It has a really nice char and doesn't do that greasy flop thing that most run of the mil pizzerias are putting out. If you have ever had a coal fired pizza that's what it tasted like to me. They have a great oven and the timing is dialed in perfectly. Prior to reviewing the restaurant, I made sure to try it a few times. And I'm happy to say that it is consistently good. My only complaint is that their hours are limited and open at 4pm on most days. I think they do lunch hours on Thursday and Friday. They also offer a Chicago style deep dish; however, I haven't tried it yet. Give this place a try. I think you'll enjoy it as much I do. Chief

I told my wife it must be that good but as we were trying to get to the door, somebody dropped their window and said you can't go in. It's closed. You can only get it drive-through. This is quite disappointing because the place actually looks like a walk-in fast food type restaurant. Given that we were traveling from out of town and needed to use the facility with our meal we had to decide to eat elsewhere. So unfortunately, I can't rate the food but I can rate the disappointing experience of just not being able to go in and have a meal. When looking in the restaurant, it is a little bit odd because they look like they have a bunch of random kitchen stuff inside the main dining room.
