After nearly two months, my immigration application was never submitted to USCIS. Because Boundless did not thoroughly review my application, I went through four rounds of back-and-forth, including repeated requests for documents I had already provided. I was also given an incorrect address for my medical records, and no specific submission deadline was ever provided despite my repeated requests.
These delays caused me to miss multiple international work trips, including Canada, London, Slovakia, and Italy, with additional international travel coming up.
When I canceled, Boundless refunded the $2,115 in government fees, but initially refused to refund the $125 shipping/handling fee they had previously described as such. I had to press the issue before they refunded it. They are now using their 14-day refund policy to withhold my $899 service fee, even though my application was never submitted to USCIS and the delays occurred throughout their review process. I am disputing the $899 through my bank.
For an immigration service, I expected accuracy, thorough review, clear communication, and timely execution. Boundless failed to deliver. I would not recommend Boundless to anyone--not even my worst enemy. read more
