This place is exactly what it looks like from the outside. It's a boxcar diner, clean, but nothing fancy, and it serves pretty good diner food. Best part is that it's always open, which is nice when other brunch places say "we closed the kitchen a half hour early" just because they felt like it, at 2 o'clock on a Sunday. This place is very very budget friendly and serves everything on the menu all day which was surprising because I'm not used to places saying "we do" when I'm craving chicken tenders early in the morning but I went with their Belgian waffle with strawberries and blueberries and home fries. The portions are also humongous, especially the home fries. The waffle was regular sized. The waffle tasted really good. I was afraid that the fruits cooked in it would make it sour but it tasted amazing and fresh. I could taste the sweetness of the strawberries and it was just a great meal. What I loved was that the fruits weren't just slapped on the waffle they were incorporated in it. The place gives you a cute old diner vibe which it is. Servers were very friendly as well! read more

FIRST AND LAST TIME HERE. The service was horrible. I asked the waitress for a new fork because my first one was dirty, and she proceed to give me another one which was also dirty. When I asked her another one she threw the fork on the floor and gave me ANOTHER DIRTY FORK arguing with me that it wasn't dirty. I was told this place was great so I stopped by one evening and found nothing of the sort. The waiter, if that's what you call him, was rude as could be. My eggs were barely cooked and when I asked if they could be cooked more I found out that new eggs meant a new charge of about $4. After opting out of that portion of my meal I picked at what else was on the plate to find it only sub-par. After asking for the check my plate was taken straight away before I could pay or resist the removal. If you have okay food but great staff I would be more inclined to try again but a combination of two negatives can only make a negative. Maybe you have to be drunk to like this place. read more

I've been going here for years with family and friends but haven't been since COVID. Had a family member come in town who had not been to the area, so showing him the sites. Had a choice between Miss Worcester (that I was just at last week) and my 'stand-by' Boulevard. Raved to my family member about the history of the diner, how friendly the staff was and the huge portions and good food. We had Anything But that experience this morning. Only a few customers present. Both women behind the counter could barely give us the time of day (and at no time came to our table), were not friendly, woman with black hair was rude when I went up to the counter to ask for more coffee. Small portions this time. And both myself and my family member ended up with stomach aches (to be polite) within 30 mins of leaving. I will not return. I understand the Pandemic has affected ALL OF US, but good customer service cannot be bought, and you shouldn't be feeling ill after eating at any restaurant. Ordered uber eats from this diner two times recently. First time I ordered the manicotti. This is a diner so my first thoughts are they specialize in breakfast, but had been craving Italian.
