DO NOT give Corwin Toyota of Boulder your business. A month…read moreago, I purchased a brand new 2026 Toyota Sienna from them. It's defective. The microphone above the drivers seat has never worked. In the grand scheme of things, not a huge problem, but I purchased a brand new vehicle expecting it to be perfect, and they sold me a defective vehicle. I notified our sales associate, Elias Giron, of this the very next day and he just stopped responding to my messages. I've had to take my car in to the service department twice now and the problem is still not resolved. I have a third appointment coming up that will hopefully finally fix the problem. I've already put 200 unnecessary miles on my car driving to and from the dealership and wasted countless hours of my time. My next appointment is supposed to be a full day appointment. They don't have a loaner vehicle program, instead expecting me to pay to rent a car for a day to fix a problem in my brand new vehicle that never should have existed in the first place. I have been trying to speak with a sales supervisor for the past week and every single phone call is sent to voicemail with no call back. I was told by the receptionist that they're in meetings in the morning and then that they've been away from their desks all day and then that it's a service problem and not a sales problem. All they care about is making a sale. Elias, the sales associate, has not once reached out to see if things have been resolved. The one good employee that I've encountered there has been Yair Heredia in the service department. Do not spend your money at Corwin Toyota of Boulder. They also operate under some pretty shady practices, in my opinion. They will sell brand new vehicles to employees to deplete their inventory so that they're allotted new inventory from the manufacturer. The employee will then turn around and sell the now "used" vehicle back to the dealership so that they can sell it to a customer. They list it as a "used" vehicle, but sell it for the same price as a brand new vehicle AND, because it's a "used vehicle," they don't include a dealer warranty.

Updating, don't know why I left a 4 not a 5 in the past…read more Original: I did not end up buying at this dealer but the shopping experience was very positive with Ian. I did get the sense that they value putting a customer into the right car and will take the time to try and do so. I saw other Yelp reviews for Flatirons Imports under its other name Flatirons Subaru, and I'm not the only person who spent a lot of time with a salesperson test driving models and did not end up buying that time around. I think for the patience of the salespeople here, they may not always make a sale that day or that time, but they are earning long term customers who will come back next time and buy. I would buy here in the future.

AVOID. Service…read moreManager: Ryan Nuckles Service Advisor/Service Person: Amanda This was the worst dealership service experience I have ever had. I came in with legitimate concerns about my vehicle and left feeling dismissed, disrespected, and talked down to. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years and will never return after this experience. A small fingertip-sized windshield chip expanded into a crack the size of my hand during the 4 hours my vehicle was in the shop. When I brought this up, Ryan responded, "Do you think we're just going around smashing people's windshields?" Instead of taking responsibility or having a professional conversation, I was told chips expand eventually and that it may have been from sitting in the sun. This windshield had survived years of weather and hail storms without this happening. I also came in specifically to discuss a previous AC recommendation. I was told my vehicle's age and a slightly low AC charge justified an $850 reseal and recharge. I was later told that 2-3 O-rings were leaking and that all 8 needed to be replaced, but no one could explain which O-rings were actually failing or answer my questions. An independent shop completely disagreed with these findings. The way I was treated was the most unacceptable part. I was repeatedly spoken to in a condescending manner, including being asked, "What should I do about it, Ella? What should I do?" and being told, "Well, you didn't pay for any of this." My concerns were dismissed instead of addressed, and I was made to feel like I was unreasonable for asking basic questions about my own vehicle. I also raised concerns about a recommended $1,250 oil-related service. The inspection video only described the area as "sweating," not an active leak, and I had an oil change just two weeks prior where no lower oil pan leak was identified. When I asked about the discrepancy between their findings and those of an independent shop with extensive experience, I was not given a clear technical explanation. Instead, I was met with dismissive responses, including comments questioning whether I was implying the Subaru technician was "wrong or making something up." After this experience, I will not be returning to this dealership. The way I was treated has completely destroyed my trust in this service department, and I cannot recommend this dealership or Subaru to my friends and family based on this experience.

All of a sudden, three show up a different dealers seemingly on the same day. Pollard sent me a dealer pricing quote through email right away. I spoke with Conor on the phone and he setup a test drive appointment for that afternoon. I hadn't been to a dealer post-covid, so I wasn't sure what to expect and he went over their protocol - meet out front, go over the car, do the test drive. This limits the number of people you interact, but without making the process unworkable. It's definitely different, and I like it more than I expected. As promised, Conor met me out front with the Jeep and went over everything. No pressure or over-selling. Not that it would be been necessary.I had been researching Wrangler JLs for about two months now, so really once I saw it there in all its glory, I was sold. After the test drive, things went quickly and smoothly. Price, financing (Chrysler is offering 0% APR on 36/mo), trade-in, paperwork took about 90 minutes. No negatives with the experience. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable. There was no pressure, no stress. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in at 9 AM on an appointment for them to give me a quote on two tires and to find out why my passenger window sounded like it was open or a seal was broken in which four people who got in my car told me they could hear the wind. They said they'd get back to me during the day with a quote of the tires which they never did. By 3PM I never heard from them so I gave them a call in which he said they're still working on it. He said they can't seem to hear a noise coming out of the window, which makes no sense cause four people told me that. They were also supposed to look the back windshield wiper which the fluid didn't work. That was at 3 PM. At a little after five after waiting at my daughter's all day and spending $25 on an Uber to get to her house, he proceeds to tell me that they had someone call out and there was only one guy and they're not sure that they could get to my car that I could come pick it up. So basically someone called out, I'm assuming in the morning and they never even mentioned that to me when I called at 3 o'clock. They never told me I could get my car at 3 o'clock because it probably wouldn't be done because they didn't have the main mechanic. They waited till after five and then proceeded to tell me that absolutely nothing was done with the car. Nothing with the fluid and nothing with the window and that they still couldn't hear after all these hours and they never even bothered giving me a quote on two tires so they lost that sale. I literally went back there and got my car at 5:30 after bringing it there at 9 AM and not one item was fixed as it sat there all day long. Why didn't they tell me the mechanic wasn't there at 3 PM? I could've at least gotten in the car a few hours early or why didn't they call me right away when the mechanic called out and said we're not sure we're gonna get your car fixed today. This is unacceptable. And to add insult to injury, I called the next morning asking to speak to the service manager and he said oh he's here, but he's not at his desk, but I will leave your name and number on his desk and guess what ??? He never called and days later still never called me back ! The worst customer service. I will never bring my car here again. I'd rather go to the crappy Jeep dealership dalmost an hour each way. Worst customer service do not go here.

The first time I tried to use the tailgate after leaving the dealership, it didn't work. I took the truck to my local Ram dealership, where they diagnosed a failed tailgate control module with an estimated repair cost of approximately $1,300. I understand the dealer's limited warranty does not cover this specific component. My disappointment is not about the warranty itself--it's about how this situation has been handled. I asked Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram to consider goodwill assistance given that the truck had only been driven about 265 miles since I purchased it, but they declined. I also requested a copy of the vehicle's reconditioning report, used vehicle inspection checklist, and the repair order showing what was done to prepare the truck for sale. To date, I have not received those documents or a response to my request. I wasn't asking for something unreasonable. I simply hoped the dealership would stand behind a $47,500 truck that experienced a major electronic failure after only 265 miles of my ownership. I expected better post-sale customer service from a franchised Ram dealership. I still hope Boulder Chrysler Dodge Ram will reconsider and work with me toward a fair resolution. If they do, I'll gladly update this review to reflect that experience.
