I would stay far away from this place. While Jennifer was very pleasant to work with, I made an appointment to take my Audi A6 in to address some issues while it was still under the Carvana 100-day warranty. They replaced the engine mounts under the warranty, and I paid out of pocket to have the front parking sensors fixed. Since they were behind on getting the repairs done, and I needed to pick up the car before leaving the country for a week, I paid for the repairs over the phone en route to pick it up. I was traveling over an hour from home to pick up the car on a Friday and was delayed due to an accident on I-25. When I arrived, I got my keys, and then they locked up the shop. After starting the car, I discovered that: - The front parking sensor was NOT fixed. - The driver's side floor mat was dirty with white debris (it was clean when I dropped the car off.) - There were greasy hand prints on the hood. I was extremely angry as I trusted them to do the perform the work I paid them to do, was extremely patient with them despite their lack of communication and delays, and they didn't even take care to keep my car tidy. All Audi and VW replaced the water pump and thermostat housing of my VW Golf Sportwagen 2-1/2 years ago because of a water leak. After 14,000 miles the part leaked again. A different shop found one bolt on the water pump was missing, probably causing the leak. In addition, several brackets for connectors below the manifold had not been re-installed. read more

My engine light went on on my Audi as I was driving home. It was around 3:00 on Thursday, my sons wedding was coming up on Sunday and I had to pick up wedding guests on Saturday...perfect timing for my car to breakdown! I have always taken my car to Audi for any maintenance or car issues. Being so far away from the Audi Service that I usually go to, and being on limited funds because of my sons upcoming wedding, I started to panic about what to do. I went on Yelp to look for the closest Audi mechanic and found that "All Audi & VW" was close by. I called them and explained my situation and that I just needed to know if I could still drive my car for my sons wedding till I was able to fix the car. They told me to just drive over right away and they'd fit me in. I was shocked that they would get me in at that late of an hour before they closed, and that they would do a diagnostic test to see what was going on. Long story short, my turbo was going and needed to be repaired but I could still drive it. They gave me a quote for the repairs with my scheduled maintenance that was overdue. I called my Audi Service department that I normally go to to compare prices and was completely shocked that I was saving over $1500 with All Audi & VW doing the repairs and maintenance. Jennifer at the front desk was so patient and kind because I was a mess with the timing of all this happening. She explained everything and didn't give me the typical sales pitch. I didn't feel any pressure to spend money that I didn't need to, and they took care of me at the last minute when I was desperate. It is so nice to find a business that takes care of their customers and won't nickel and dime you. I will now be taking my Audi to All Audi & VW for all my Audi needs. Thank you!! read more

Took my Audi A4 with a stretched timing chain to them and cost almost 4k only to break down again in 6months. Noticed that they did not put everything back together on the engine properly. Cover was missing and the wiring harness to the coil packs was not tightened down.. Sloppy, Sloppy, Sloppy. Would never use this shop.. Stay away if you want you car fixed right!!!! read more

I took my 2004 Audi A6 to these people to get the timing belt changed back in April. Driving home, the power steering went out. Never had a problem with power steering on this car and they changed out a power steering hose as part of the timing belt procedure. Had to have the car towed back (got them to pay for the tow after they initially wanted me to pay for it). They said they found they didn't bleed the power steering properly so they replaced the pump. Steering was heavy after that and now after a few thousand miles lots of noise from the power steering. I don't want to take this car back to them again because I do not trust their work. Not recommended at all. read more

I thank God for these guys. I was trying to swap out a purge valve on my '09 VW GTI. As soon as I removed the intake manifold, I had screwed things up. Couldn't get it back on properly and fuel leaked a lot. After 2 weeks of trying to fix it myself, I towed the car here. Jennifer is friendly, knowledgeable, and diligent. I would strongly encourage anyone who needs a repair, etc. on their VW or Audi to go to this shop. I hadn't even heard of them until I bought an Audi off of Craigslist and the car was at this shop...they had done the bulk of the repairs on the car that I would eventually buy and had good recommendations about how to keep on top of the Audi, which as most of us know can be pretty finicky if preventative maintenance isn't kept up with. I'm not a guy with a huge bank account and I'm not super mechanically inclined...the guys that run and operate this shop treated me with respect and cut me a fair deal on some work I chose to have done right away... I hate dealing with bankers, car salesmen and insurance adjusters...am able to take car mechanic off that list...these guys are great! read more

I have been taking our cars to Randy at All Audi for nearly 10 years and they are the reason I am loyal to Volkswagen. My 2001 Passat has nearly 250k miles and is still running strong. They are the reason we invested in a 2013 Passat TDI. After only 3 years we have 85k miles and I hope to have it until 500! I know we will be able to with Randy's help. Went here for one part for my Audi A 4 Quatro 2.0. Owner told me he would like to diagnose the car, so I let him. He ended up convincing me I didn't need the part I went there for and sold me on a fuel pump and filter. Didn't need either! Turns out after all the extras I needed the original part I went there for. The owner is a scam. Stay away and go with other companies that don't lie for profit. FTC!! read more

Brought my 09 TT in for an emergency ignition switch replacement-- Which they did fix, for just under $400-- So far, so good-- but while driving away, I discovered they had not reattached the steering wheel at the correct angle, and did not properly re-connect the internal steering wheel control switch connectors... leaving my cruise control and stereo steering wheel controls dysfunctional. I brought the vehicle back to let them fix these new problems, which they did-- sort of-- for free... But the steering wheel angle was still off, and evidently, the cruise control system was still throwing error codes. They blamed the misalignment of the steering wheel on the car's steering alignment, and said they'd need to charge to look at that. Originally, I wasn't going to leave a review at all, but I just got back from my normal garage at 5280 motorsports in Denver (a class act, by the way) and they informed me that: 1: Despite All Audi's claims, the car's alignment is fine, and they just never got the steering wheel on straight and 2: in their own words, the previous shop "made a mess" of the wiring inside the steering wheel/ steering column while fixing the ignition switch with lots of wire cuts and splices which shouldn't have been there... I went with All Audi because I was hoping to save money on tow miles, and they had good reviews, but in retrospect, I should have stuck with my normal shop. read more

I have come to them with issues with my 2004 A4, 2010 A5, 2007 A8, 2007 RS4, 2012 A7, 1983 quattro and 1987 Coupe with a very wide range of maintenance and repair needs, and I've had nothing but pleasant and excellent service every time. Randy and his team provide expert service at a completely reasonable price tag; in the early days with my A4 I had issues that would have nearly bankrupted me, but I was able to take care of them appropriately thanks to All Audi. They have taken the oddball cars I have thrown at them with a smile and worked with my wants/needs on several large projects. These guys are incredible. They know the ins and outs of VWs, and are very fair on their pricing. The first time I took my car there, they corrected mistakes a dealer had just made, and had my car running like a dream. I'd recommend them over anyone else I've dealt with. Took my 2010 Audi A5 in for the first time last week. They were nice, accommodating, did the diagnostic work for free, and fixed the problem within a day. All seems to be working great now. They could use a receptionist, as calling there and getting them to answer the phone was hit and miss, but I did have my messages returned. Small, indy shops like this don't need a luxury waiting room with free bottled water and a big screen tv, they just need to be able to get you back on the road without breaking your bank, and this is what they did for me. i took my a4 to two mechanics (non-audi specialists, but warranty required) who diagnosed a $700+ issue. i took an 'out of pocket' chance with all audi & vw in henderson, and was CORRECTLY diagnosed, repaired, and paid $150. the car is doing outstanding, and the customer care was great. read more
