Crugnale was the second least expensive quote we got, but seemed to be the most professional and had the best customer service. When we first talked about the job with Crugnale they were very friendly and outlined different options. They did not push us to do something more expensive, but gave the cost of each option and a description of the pros and cons of those options. This was the key point that made us choose them: they seemed like they wanted to help us get the lawn we wanted giving us all the options instead of like they wanted to just get as much money from us as possible. They did the work very quickly. We had many questions along the way about our new grass and Mike and Chris were always very helpful and responsive. They even came by to check on how the grass looked to give us feedback on the maintenance. He uses vague language as to what exactly the scope of his work will cover. I tried multiple times, but failed to get him to spell out whether his price included what I had asked him to do. He throws in a "base price" at you for "what HE wants to do" but not what YOU asked him to do; then he wants to charge you extra for this and extra for that. Don't waste your time. Tree service companies are dime a dozen and there's no need to deal with unethical people.
