When the installer, Axel, arrived, I asked him several times to verify the material, and he repeatedly confirmed the material was pressure-treated while on-site. The following day, a neighbor who is a contractor informed me that the panels installed are actually untreated pine. That has also been confirmed by Home Depot employee. I contacted Axel to request that he fulfill the original contract by installing the correct pressure-treated panels. While he acknowledged the discrepancy, he refused to rectify the situation. I will never hire Axel company again. The fence post is covered with a lot of mildew. Axel has used the cheapest materials.

He was very responsive by text and phone setting up the initial appointment, his quote was competitive and inclusive of taking down the tree, cutting the burnable wood into rounds & piling them up, chipping and removing all the branches, cleaning up and grinding the stump. After one short reschedule due to bad weather, he and his crew of 4 men showed up with 3 "Jose Landscaping" branded trucks; one a cherry-picker, one towing a large wood chipper, and a third with saws, etc. They worked quickly and efficiently. The work he did was very good except that his men left a pile of wood chips in my yard at the end of the day. I gave him a check for the full amount for the job with the good faith and trust he was going to return given I was a regular customer. He never showed back up. I called him twice on his cell phone in subsequent weeks and he would give me the same line that he would come before the end of the week. Last month, I got a flyer in my mailbox from his company that they would be in my area (Cohasset) and interested in bidding for anyone needing tree removal. I called him again, and again, he said he promised to return by the end of the week. Again, a no-show. This was quite insulting to me given he was in the area to do additional work, yet he jerked me around and never did. I am a senior citizen and cannot move this pile of wood chips. No one I can call would come to do such a small job. So for future customers, DO NOT PAY HIM UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETE 100%. If there is a problem, he will not return as he has your money, despite his word.

Almost $20,000 and I cry months later when I look at our yard. First off, the project was…read morecompleted a month after it was supposed to be (days on end of no one showing up, one guy at a time on some days, excuses galore). Initially the yard, with fresh sod and new paver patio looked good, until it didn't. We babied the sod; watered it, didn't step on it, watched it like a hawk. Within weeks it never fully took, I texted Rony and he told me "be patient". The sod barely ever took, what did take died off quickly. As "experts" they knew the shade conditions, the knew the location of the yard and it's clear they picked all of the wrong products to install. Our yard is a pit of mud now. We have ruined carpets and furniture with our dogs bringing in the mud. The yard looks terrible, we literally cry over it. We now have to spend money we don't have to try and fix it. ****UPDATE**** The owner texted saying we are full of sh*t and then called. He told us if we didn't let him on the property to inspect that he would see us in court because of this review.
