They have logical and flexible policies for pricing, and for letting the customer decide how much snow might be "too little" for them to come out. One time, I had a special concern about getting a new washing machine delivered through my snowy yard. The supervisor came out to make sure it would go smoothly. Last year was my 2nd year with them.
