They caused no damage and knew exactly what to do to remove the snow. Unfortunately, it's looking like I'll need to call them again.

Snow began falling at 8am on Thursday.....we (a 5-month pregnant woman, an infant, and 3 people who had to drive to work on Friday) were not serviced until 4:30pm Friday.....32 HOURS without service. The initial promise that all sidewalks, stairs, and most importantly the driveway would be cleared by 6am Friday morning was clearly just a bunch of BS, which the point person Mike seems to have in spades. Two of us lost a day of work, another incurred $70 in uber charges to get back and forth, and another had to adjust her weekend travel plans because all 3 of our cars were still snowed in. What's worse, is after everything settled down, i gave Mike the opportunity to have a conversation about our on-going services with his company, and despite 4 texts, 2 voicemails and an email i have yet to hear back. For this, more so than the mishaps in service, is the reason we've decided to cancel our service from them. Stay away!

They have a special dumptruck that's bevelled at the top of the side walls to allow this. Other companies have just dumped our wood closer to the mouth of our driveway, because they can't raise the bed without hitting our gutters, and we've had to move the wood by hand to the back of the driveway, to make room for our cars. They also have an excellent product; well-seasoned and cut in good lengths for a small wood stove, and they work with you to find a delivery time that suits your schedule, and message you 30 minutes before they arrive. Absolutely the best firewood delivery that we've ever had!

It started off pleasant and went relatively well until the end. And the aftermath. Here are all the things that they did to destroy my property while redoing my patio. Their Electrician isn't skilled enough in outdoor lighting and screwed up. the entire system told me I had to run a whole new line for $10,000 when I didn't. He even left it unfinished with wires hanging everywhere and it was mostly unusable. I had to spend $10,000 again to get it repaired shout out to Apollo outdoor lighting they're amazing. The irrigation they shut off the zone that was surrounding my patio even though I still have things that need to be watered there and they ran over another zone, therefore destroying my irrigation system to the point where the irrigation company had to run all new lines for those two zones... another 4K down the drain. They also destroyed the landscaping in one of those zones by driving over it without any concern for my landscaping. The grout that they used in between the patio stones easily gets pressure washed out. Picture included. And lastly, they destroyed my fence. They took it apart, and when they put it back together again, it looked like a child had done it with screws folded over all over the place. Picture included. And the two fence doors I have both now are in a leaning position so you can't barely open and close them. These are the kind of people who are really nice to your face, but they don't manage their construction site as well. They leave a mess and you don't want that you want a contractor that does a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I do not recommend these guys.
