It was later discovered that they had failed to properly install the original drainage system back, because the rainwater stayed on the roof and couldn't be drained away. It used cheap glue, perhaps because the canal was submerged in water for a long time and started to loose after two years. At the beginning there were only two or three places, but later there were more and more loose and later, bubbles began to appear in many places. It turns out that the entire new replacement was not built to standard. It's very difficult for ordinary people like us to notice. Therefore, you need to consider this before choosing them.

A scam company. Since they have a tactic of lying and saying the bad reviews are for another…read morecompany, let me specify immediately that this is the Quincy, MA RoofKings. They did an overpriced, shoddy job installing our roof actually leaving tiles all over it including a tile glue-side down on the skylight that we had to chase them to come remove and a giant permanent black stain on the sidewalk in front of our house. The skylight leaked a month later and again we had to chase them to even get a response. Ignored our calls and would blow off set appointments with no communication whatsoever. Finally they sent two random guys, who didn't bring a ladder (roofers!) and had to use mine, and they charged us more money saying it was because of a mild storm we had. This never happened with our previous roof and was obviously to get out of honoring their fake warranty. Months later the roof leaks again, and again they're either ignoring our calls altogether or the shifty owner tells us a time then blows it off. Avoid this horrible scam of a business at all costs.

Now I've been in charge of the "landscaping" of my yard, so let's just say it was an absolute nightmare to begin with...I mean bad...to the point I almost (notice I said almost) went and cleaned it up before they came. These guys went nuts. Within a couple hours all the over grown bushes were trimmed down, the scrub was cleaned up and I was left with this awesome looking yard I hadn't seen since what seems like the dawn of time. Even better, the guys came to my door when they were done, walked me through everything they did and asked me if there was anything else I wanted them to do before they left...how cool is that! Needless to say Michele is super happy and have officially locked them in as my go-to landscaping company.

I waited and hour and a half on the day he was to arrive. He never showed and never called to inform me that he was delayed or unavailable that day. I called back him asking him when he would be coming. He informed me that he would come by on the day following the first time. He stated that he would be there by 6:00 pm. I said that that would be kind of late in the day. He reconsidered and said that he would try to get there by 4:00 pm or shortly thereafter. Again, he never showed up. When I called him to see if he was coming at all, he said that I told him that 6:00 was too late. That statement was only partially true. I informed him that he was unavailable, the least he could do was to call and inform the customer. I also informed him that if he didn't want or think he could do the job, just be up front and inform me of that. Again, DO NOT consider DD Elite Landscaping for your job. All I was asking for was honesty and integrity. This person has neither!

I had my kitchen renovated while living in my unit. The workers did their best to remain unobtrusive, and they timed the project so that I could use my kitchen almost the entire time. Adam's prices were extremely reasonable. I appreciated that, when I made a few last-minute requests on project changes, he was flexible. My favorite thing is that Adam gave me a lot of peace-of-mind -- I am a huge worrywart, and I probably sent Adam an email every day (on average) to follow-up on the status of the project. Adam replied to every email and call very patiently and was always very communicative. You really can't ask for more. Highly recommended; I won't hesitate to call Adam again when I need more renovations done. Thanks Adam!
