I'm so pleased with his professionalism and follow through. He is a supplier who does what he says he is going to do thoroughly, without cutting corners, and his price is more competitive than anyone I interviewed. I was afraid that because I had paid less I might be losing out on value. Instead I got first rate service at a steal. Erick knows gardens and even though I tried to pay him extra for a small additional project, he said, "I'll take your money if you really want to do the other project, but you don't need to waste your money." Most importantly he was right. He is a trustworthy, honest person who is building a business that provides excellent landscaping services to his customers.

I am honored to write this review of Alberto and son Landscaping. Bryan kept in touch to accommodate my schedule. The work of Albert, Bryan, and another worker they brought was outstanding. They listened to every request I had and continuously asked that I made sure the work met my expectation. It not only met my expectation but exceeded what I expected. I will also write their responsive professionalism was extremely impressive. An invoice was set by my request ahead of the work and a receipt was immediately sent upon payment. Yet to fully give a review of Albert and son without saying how sweet, nice, and respectful they were would not give you a full picture. With my husband not feeling well and could not come out I felt so secure with these polite and helpful landscaping crew. I cannot wait to have them back!!!! Ah to fully complete a review one should comment on cost and value. This team really understood my financial constraints and stuck to their quote. I have about a third or half an acre lot and get it mowed every other week in the summer. Once we get our services started each year, I don't have to worry about a thing, I know my lawn will be taken care of regularly. What's nice is that they are QUICK when they come too. Very minimal disruption to my day. I think where they really shine is the spring and fall cleanups that I've gotten the past two years. I thought it was a bit pricey to start but once I saw the care that went into their work and the total hours it took with a full crew I know that it was worth it. Great job! Not much to say about them that hasn't been said already…read more I hired Wayne out of the Framingham branch to dig up and repave my driveway. Wayne was great working with the city for a permit and to bring my driveway "up-to-code". Him and his team worked two half days to re-do my driveway. We hired Driveway Specialists to completely replace our old driveway in September 2024. After the…read morefirst winter, we noticed a significant puddling issue in one area of the new driveway during snow melts. We contacted the company, shared multiple pictures, and repeatedly asked them to address the problem. We specifically pointed out a visible hump in the driveway that appeared to be preventing the water from draining, including a photo where we circled the hump with the water collecting behind it. We also had a detailed discussion with the company about our concern with winter pooling and the importance of finding a long-term solution. We asked whether grading, additional substrate, or compaction could help prevent the problem. After multiple follow-ups, they eventually returned in the fall of 2025 to address the issue. Unfortunately, the same area has continued to collect water during winter thaws. We recently contacted them again, and they came out to look at the driveway. However, we were not able to come to an agreement on a solution. Their position was that the issue was due to seasonal ground movement and "mother nature." We understand that seasonal ground movement is a reality in New England, but our concern is that a completely new driveway should be designed and installed to provide reliable drainage under normal seasonal conditions at the property. The same area has collected standing water during winter thaws for two consecutive winters, even after the driveway was replaced a second time. We also don't see the same issue with the neighboring driveways. When the water freezes, it creates a sheet of ice in the driveway, which creates a significant slipping hazard. We are disappointed that the drainage issue with the new driveway has still not been resolved.
