This is the place to go for serious walking/running shoes…read more Mike was incredibly helpful in finding the right new walking shoes for me. He was patient throughout the entire process and took the time to make sure the shoes were truly comfortable, fit properly, and would work well for long walks--not just feel good for a minute in the store. I never felt rushed and really appreciated his knowledge and attention to detail. This is the place I trust when I'm serious about finding quality walking or running shoes that fit correctly. They sell mostly women's shoes, but they do have a small selection of men's shoes. Staff were very nice and helpful with any questions I had for them regarding the different orthotics they sell as well as questions about their different shoe brands. I had never been to Yountville before, and this store alone makes it worth the trip!…read more We were wandering through the many shops in the area and happened to step in to Sisters as most of the other stores were closing up. They have a fantastic selection, and many of their garments truly are a work of art. As soon as we came in, Thomas greeted us and shared some fantastic selections. I normally have a VERY difficult time finding clothes that fit me properly (my proportions are funny), but after seeing me try on a couple things, he came up with so many wonderful combinations that fit me perfectly - He is extremely knowledgeable and I have to admit was probably (ok... definitely) better at dressing me than I am at dressing myself. Not only was this the best shopping experience I have ever had, he wound up staying at least an hour or two later than he was planning (and probably even longer if compared to whatever the official "closing time" is) to make it happen. Seriously one of the best highlights of a week-long trip to wine country. SO - if you are ever in (or even remotely close to) Yountville, DEFINITELY check out this great boutique. And if you think you can't possibly find clothes that look stunning on you - Thomas (and I'm sure the rest of the staff - who I didn't get a chance to meet) will change your mind!
