It's so much fun and really helps you get into the zone. The whole facility is super clean with lockers and a great bathroom with everything you need before or after class. There's tons of free parking too-- making it super easy and convenient. I loved my experience so much that I even bought a pair of biker shorts with the cut + flow logo and new grip socks as a little souvenir. I can't wait to come back to Cut + Flow!

Ive personally only taken 1 Xformer and a handful of yoga classes. I like that there's a variety of instructors with different styles. One thing to note is that it doesn't get hot enough in yoga to my liking- temperature also depends on each instructor. The locker area and bathroom/showers are also pristine! Cut and Flow sells grippy socks and lululemon clothes in the front. Don't forget to bring your own grippy socks to your first Xformer class, or you can purchase one at the studio. Their new client special is a great deal. One unlimited month for $99 which includes a free pair of grippy socks and free mat/towel rental. As of 9/11/24 there's also Xformer instructor in training classes which cost $15 per class! A drop in Xformer class typically cost $35.

It was my first or second week of yoga classes in the studio. I felt a little overheated during the…read moreclass and went to lay down on a wooden bench in a hallway. I didn't walk around or touched anything, just lay down on a bench to cool down a bit. The studio Manager (who is also a yoga teacher was in the hallway at that time) approached me and began expressing concern for my health and suggesting that I take some easier classes. Which is wonderful and understandable, thank you very much! Then she said the following: "Another reason not to leave the room during class is that people might feel uncomfortable with you being around their belongings. I'm not saying that you would steal anything, but they might be concerned because they don't know you." Just like that, almost word for word - I have an excellent memory. When I eventually spoke my mind on this topic (in email), the Manager sent me a long email full of explanations. She was clearly standing by her words, even repeating them, justifying them by saying that stealing has happened in the studio before. In the same email, she informed me that my studio pass is being terminated and I'm not to return to the studio. Let me tell you about myself. I'm an immigrant speaking with an accent and a white-passing person of color; I work in Higher Education. I've told this story to many of my colleagues and friends. Everyone is in disbelief and asking me - did it happen here, in our state!?! Yep... If the management of this studio believes that I was not treated in any irregular or unusual way, and if they stand by their comments, they should turn their words to me into a studio policy for everyone to consider, not only me! It could go something like this: "Coming outside the room into a hallway during class is discouraged. One of many reasons, people might be uncomfortable with you, our lovely and valued customer, being left unattended around their belongings. Unless they know you, of course! BTW, we are not saying that you would steal anything, no-no! Don't get us wrong! We're only expressing what others might think of you!" :-)

The studio clearly doesn't answer their phones or check their voicemails. This is horrible customer service and I'm pissed that I'm having to pay $89 per month for a studio that I haven't been to since 12/2023. Do not sign up for automatic payments. I made a 1 YEAR commitment and they didn't hold up their end of the deal. I don't know if the management is taking advantage of people or are just not paying attention. I regret signing up and I will continue to leave bad reviews until the company makes things right.

However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I found another yoga studio last year that was more my style, but had a year commitment to them so I continued to pay until January, when I had told them I wanted to cancel. It is now March, they are still charging my account. I have called, I have left several messages, I have sent several emails. I have never had someone get back to me. I am angry, as I cannot afford to pay for two yoga studios at the same time, nor should I have to. I am going to report them to my bank as fraudulent.

She is one of the best Vinyasa teachers I've ever learned from and fully embodies what yoga is truly about: inward connection through asana, pranayama, and leela (play!). It seems there are many phony studios these days that focus solely on fitness and lack the essence of true yoga. This is the rare exception! If you're on the fence about trying yoga or a new studio, I really recommend trying a class with Lydia at Leela. You won't be disappointed!

My view on Yoga and exercise have taken a 180 turn, and that is due to Ce and her classes. Ce is so patient and makes sure that I am in the right positions; I have found that I have gained flexibility and that I'm never bored with the Yoga classes. Cecilia works hard to make every class different and focus on different areas of the body. Not only have I lost weight and gained muscle tone, but Ce is helping me correct bad posture, and strengthen muscles I have never used. Cecilia gives special care and attention to every client, and her friendly and calming nature makes her classes somewhere I want to be; I am enjoying exercise for the first time. I really like that Cecilia uses many different formats and props in her classes, such as TRX, exercise ball, Tye4, etc. The classes are smaller so that you get personal attention and can easily see her demonstrate each pose and exercise. I have been taking Anna's prenatal yoga class on Wednesday nights and occasionally Saturday…read moremornings for about the past six months of my pregnancy, and it has been absolutely amazing. Kirkland is completely inconvenient and out of the way for me, but I'm willing to make the drive any time in order to attend Anna's class. She is intelligent, sweet, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the practice of yoga during pregnancy. I love the way the class is structured, beginning with a check in and conversation about various pregnancy related topics, breathing and meditation exercises, prenatal yoga practice that is specifically tailored to each person in the class, and savasana to end. The class usually goes about 20 to 30 minutes later than scheduled, which means you're really getting your bang for your buck ($14 per class for a 10 class package). This is such a wonderful, healthy way to stay active during your pregnancy, and also prepare your body for labor and delivery. Prenatal yoga has helped alleviate my back pain, improve my circulation, and even help with digestion. It's also a great way to relax and de-stress, and provide some quiet time for me and my baby. I always leave feeling relaxed and refreshed. I will really miss this class when I'm not pregnant anymore!

Love this studio! They have a variety of classes that offer an array of challenges (beginner to…read moreadvanced) but my favorite so far has been the Hatha class. The heat is perfect and all the instructors have been knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend this studio for all yoga skill levels!!! Only downside is that they don't offer morning classes on Tuesday and Thursday, but I think they are working on possibly adding that.
