This is my 3rd review TRYING to get someone's attention!!!! Stop charging my card. I've called my bank and they cannot get the payments to stop. The studio clearly doesn't answer their phones or check their voicemails. This is horrible customer service and I'm pissed that I'm having to pay $89 per month for a studio that I haven't been to since 12/2023. Do not sign up for automatic payments. I made a 1 YEAR commitment and they didn't hold up their end of the deal. I don't know if the management is taking advantage of people or are just not paying attention. The teachers of the studio are amazing, so please understand this is not about them. All of the classes are super fast advanced, which is fine. Nobody forces you to try and keep up. However, their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced! I found another yoga studio last year that was more my style, but had a year commitment to them so I continued to pay until January, when I had told them I wanted to cancel. It is now March, they are still charging my account. I have called, I have left several messages, I have sent several emails. I have never had someone get back to me. I am angry, as I cannot afford to pay for two yoga studios at the same time, nor should I have to. I am going to report them to my bank as fraudulent. read more

I was down in Bothel last week and had time before dinner so I jumped into yoga class last minute and it was really good! Just exactly what I need! Class was challenging but doable, nice guidance from teacher. And yoga teacher provided me with yoga mat, yoga towel and water which was very generous, because other studios would charge extra for that. So highly recommending this place. read more

I recently took a class at Fusion Hot Yoga and wiil never go back. The class was demanding and the teacher was very good. However after class, in the locker room I had just stepped out of the shower and was subjected to one of the other students advancing towards me in a threatening manner and launching a stream of profanity lanced homophobic and ageist slurs. He kept this up for a period of time. If I had responded in any way , I believe it would have lead to violence. I recounted the encounter to the staff and was later told that they had spoken to him but allowed him to continue there. Since this seems to be a tolerated behavior from their students, I won't be going back. read more

Do not give this shady company any of your money. They have zero (arguably less than zero) customer service or concern for you beyond getting your money. I would give zero stars if possible. My wife purchased a package for 6 months of classes ($500), then broke her foot. When she was finally able to use the package (granted, this was about a year later as foot injuries can take a long time to heal), we found that it wasn't showing in her account. We tried for 4 months to reach someone by showing up in studio, calling their posted phone number, and even emailing their posted email. While she was initially able to speak to an instructor in studio, they weren't able to help (they were able to see it was purchased, but that it wasn't linked to her account for some reason), but they said there was nothing they could do, and they would have to let someone else know and they would get back to her. Fast forward 4 months, and no communications were being returned. I finally reached out to the studio on Facebook and finally got a response indicating that they would look into it. However, that started a back and forth wherein it was generally days or even weeks between communications. To be honest - I got frustrated and angry in the exchange, but I apologized for that and tried to move forward. However, there came a point where the business, on the other hand, ended up getting belligerent with me, accusing me of creating the problem, and zero apologies were provided for that. Instead, they simply treated me like crap from that point on. We truthfully (and rightfully) lost all faith in the company's ability to meet its obligations and provide any level of customer service. I was ultimately able to get them to agree to refund the $500 (they were going to send a check - even asked to provide our address), but it has now been another 4 months, and they haven't sent the refund, and they are again avoiding all attempts to contact them. I repeat - do not give this shady company any of your money. We should have paid attention to the reviews - while the classes and instructors appear to be good, the company itself gets slammed left and right for lack of customer service. I've been with this studio (and other studios also) for at least 5 years now and this is the place to be if you want or ready to advance your practice. I am one of those who follow instructors from this state, Las Vegas, or Hawaii, and that is how I advance. I have been practicing since 2011, and this studio has the most teachers I follow. Fusion's instructors are all either certified Hatha or PV instructors and they only teach what they are certified to teach, unlike other studios. Great instructors! They know their stuff. Yes, Fusion lost a few due to the pandemic, but I want to note a great add-on recently......Christine Bennett. She's a polished teacher with years of experience. It's long overdue that I leave a review for FHY, considering I took my first yoga class from the owner, Jason, over eight years ago! I remember how surprised I was that yoga could be so challenging, and of course it was the first time i had experienced any physical exercise in that kind of heat. But what was more surprising was how I felt afterward-I've come to call that feeling yogaphoria :-). I practiced at Fusion for four years, then became a teacher. At Fusion, I learned how "community" could support and change a person. This is the second time I use a groupon for this place in a two year span and both times I have suffered massive headaches almost every single time after hot yoga practice. I have been doing hot yoga for over 6 years and this is the only place that has not only a challenging practice but a challenging practice at extraordinary heat. The instructors also tell you NOT to leave the room no matter how hot or badly you feel which I don't agree with. I really like the studio and people and location but heat is unbearable and I often see many people not able to keep up in there. read more

My first class here was with Sathya who was amazing!! I was instantly sold and signed up with her same day. Happy to have found a regular yoga spot. Some days are hit or miss though. Depends a lot on the instructor. I'd avoid Christine's classes if you're like me. I go to yoga for calm, smooth movements that are controlled and lead to mental relaxation and a strong session. She jumps right into strenuous twists and extreme bends 5minutes into class without appropriate warmup and breathing, and makes strange comments like "now bend MORE this time, without ~Drama~" which make it hard to focus and are kinda annoying. I just moved to Lynnwood and have been struggling to find a good yoga studio near my house. It's hard for me to love any yoga studio as I'm very picky but Fusion Hot Yoga won me over!! Tried it for the first time today via Groupon. Haven't done hot yoga in about 2 months, so my butt definitely got whooped. But still. My instructor Tracy was great. She walked around as she taught (which is always good teaching), and let me do my own practice. And, she had microphone!! That was so nice, especially since I like to be in the back. And, the vibe there is so welcoming and relaxed. It feels like I'm being guided so well on my practice, and yet, I have the freedom to also do what's right for my body. First of let me start by saying that hot yoga is indeed hot, meaning it is performed in a heated room. Traditionally 95-105 degrees, but this can fluctuate based on the studio, bodies in the room, etc. The heat DOES serve a purpose; to allow the muscles to stretch more easily while helping to reduce any chance of injury. That being said, please, Please, PLEASE hydrate yourself. The more hydrated you are the more you sweat- which is what will keep you cool throughout class. If you are well hydrated, the heat won't be so magnified. Studio: the studio itself is easy to find and in a great location with ample parking. The room is very large and can accommodate many. The floor is somewhat padded (differing from other studios I've been to) but I actually like it, and so do my knees! The heat was fine for me, and actually felt cooler to me than some other studios (I drank about a liter of water from the time I woke at 7am-8:30am after which I halted my intake in preparation for my 9:30am class by consuming small sips therein after) Keep in mind that it takes approx 30- 45 minutes from the time you stop drinking water for you to be considered hydrated so don't chug a liter of water 15 minutes before class- cause you'll feel sick. Class: I took a 90 minute hatha class (Bikram Series) 26 postures repeated twice with 2 breathing exercises. The teacher guiding the class, Sandy, was fabulous. She knows the series inside out and keeps the dialogue going the entire 90 minutes. She talks you through modifications and asks you to ease back or push yourself using your own judgement as to how you feel. Offering friendly reminders and corrections as needed. **It is normal for teachers to offer you guidance if you're performing the postures incorrectly, this is not done to "call you out" but simply to reduce any chance of injury.**** Overall: I bought a Groupon after a friend of mine kept raving about this studio and I will definitely be purchasing a class pack once that runs out. I would recommend this studio to anyone looking to start their yoga journey or for any dedicated yogis looking to further their practice. Side note: Sometimes yoga *is* hard, sometimes it will feel uncomfortable, sometimes you will feel dizzy, angry, sad, and sometimes you may cry (I have). These emotions and sensations are often a result not of any particular studio, instructor or posture but rather the "stuff" we've been holding on to that we must learn to let go of. Stick with it and you'll feel the better than you thought possible. Everyday is different, everyday is a different practice. Stick with it, I promise you it's worth it. OMG, Jenny is the bomb. When I want my ass kicked, I go to one of her classes. It pushes my flexibility and strength. I feel great when I leave. And it's hot! hot! hot! When I want something a little more chill, I take a Hatha class, which leaves me totally zen and happy. Since I've moved to Seattle, this is the first studio I've been content with. I must qualify this by saying that this was my one and only hot yoga class, and I won't be back - the heat was not for me. Now, set that aside. I'll just review the studio and my experience there. First off - the front desk staff person was friendly and welcoming. The lobby and locker room were clean, and they provide lockers (and locks!) which is great. Walking into the studio from the lobby, you're basically walking into a sauna. Before class started, the new folks were told to do our best not to leave the room - if we couldn't manage to do the full workout in the heat, we were to lay on our mats and breathe. That was red flag number one for me. Heat stroke is a real thing, and people shouldn't feel restricted from heading out the door if they really need to. I did end up doing the lay and breath thing for the last 10 minutes or so. Laying in the heat was great - all of my muscles just melted. I can see why folks like hot yoga. Personally, I would be all for a hot-yoga mediation class, but the full on vinyasa sequence was a bit much for me. :) The studio space itself is large - the instructor area is up front on a platform, and I imagine that when an instructor uses it, it'd be easy to see the demonstrations. During the particular class I took, the instructor walked around the front and was more or less invisible from my place at the edge of the second row. She had a headset, which helped with following cues, but it would have been nice to see more demonstrations. Before class, I'd checked in with the instructor to discuss my physical limitations (I was recovering from a shoulder injury) and warned her I'd probably be modifying a lot of the arm poses. She said great, no problem, thanks for sharing. She then proceeded to call me out all through class for doing poses "wrong." It got annoying really fast. I wasn't the only one she called out either - she kept telling us all to "push, push, push through the pain!" Um, pain is a warning sign. A low level is expected when you work out, but one should never be encouraged to push through actual pain. That's how you get injured. I did finally tell her, firmly, to back off - I was doing what I could and anything more would cause further injury. She left me alone after that, but the whole experience was awkward and weird. Bottom line - the studio space itself is great, but I can't get behind a yoga class that encourages folks to push themselves beyond their endurance. For me, this wasn't a true yoga experience - it felt more like a boot-camp class. read more

I was not a fan of Hot Yoga AT ALL!!! Fusion Hot Yoga has changed my mind. I purchased 1 month of unlimited yoga for a special price and told myself to give it a chance. The studio is close to home and I need to get back in shape. I like that they have yoga classes all day long. I also liked that after my first class, they sent me an email reminding me to drink lots of water. They motivated me to go back by telling me to keep coming as much as possible over the next couple of weeks. This helps you get used to the heat. It is true, I find that I look forward to going to yoga everyday.... I look forward to feeling better due to this great studio. read more

The people at the front desk assume you know everything so if you do you'll be fine, if you don't, then they're not helpful at all. They will chat with their friends and let you wait until their done. That's fantastic customer service... not really. The showers are small, the changing area is awkward, and the bathrooms are not private at all. The actual yoga classes are for people who already know the moves and the flows. If you're new or getting back into it. Good luck. Also, the room could have been hotter. It's not that hot. I've been to way better. The instructor that was teaching one of the classes said the names of the moves wrong and honestly... I didn't have fun. The room is too small and there are tooo many people crammed into one room. The hours are great but if you need a beginner yoga class, either because you are a beginner or because of injuries... forget it. There are better places. read more

This is definitely one of the best Hot Yoga studios I have ever practiced at. Not only is it right off of the I-405 exits, and Bothell Everett HWY, but they have classes that AVOID the crazy commute in those areas. There is plenty of room in the studio for 40+ participants, and each one of the instructors bring thier own style and crativity to their session. This new studio recently opened in Bothell offers both hatha hot yoga and power hot yoga, so not just your traditional bikram style. In the future they intend to offer something called fusion which I believe involves yoga and weights, sounds great to me. They have an introductory offer of 10 days for 10$ so it is definetely worth checking out. Plenty of parking. Great yoga teachers. Non carpeted floors. Big changing room. You can't ask for much more in a hot yoga studio. The water fountain even has a nozzle so you dont have to fill up your water bottle by holding the button down. read more

I am new to hot yoga and have been really intimidated by it in the past. A friend finally convinced me to come to Hot Fusion Yoga and I am so glad. The heat makes me feel like I have been on the beach and warms my winter self to the bone. I like it. The Yin classes are so good for my back, arthritis in my hands, and stiffness in shoulders. Really the heat and the poses help everything for me, especially mood. The sweating is so good for you, my friend has been doing it for a while and has the most incredibly soft, smooth skin. The instructors are amazingly knowledgeable about the body and very helpful in guiding, reminding, and being intune with the students. I am a beginner and know that if I press on it will add the physical and mood health support I need, especially with the grey winter we are moving into. If you are new to it and the heat bothers you, try and sit close to the door, it helps. Hydrate, don't eat a lot right before, and bring water. The 20 days for 20 dollars deal is good and gets you started, do as many at the beginning as possible. See you there! read more

How is it possible that I've never reviewed my home yoga studio?! When my original yoga studio (Bikram yoga Redmond) closed, I needed a new studio that served heat, passion, and challenges: Hello Fusion! The owner, Jason, was my first teacher at Bikram yoga Redmond, and I loved his energy, inspiration, and enthusiasm. Fusion has hatha (Bikram series) and power vinyssa classes throughout the day. The teachers are kind, knowledgeable, challenging yet friendly. The studio, it self, is clean, fresh, and HOT! Most of all: I love the community at Fusion. I came while I was on vacation in Seattle, and I'm so happy I did! I dropped in during a morning class with Emily. She was really nice and made me feel super welcomed! A drop in class costs $17, but the mat and towel were free for new people. Class was an hour, but went by so quickly! It's a great mix of yoga and relaxation, and there were options for modifications, or to challenge yourself more! If I lived here I would definitely become a member! read more

I was in love with this studio from day 1. I have been going to this Yoga studio in last 2 years after trying many different yoga place in Seattle. This place is just absolutely amazing. They have the best of the best yoga instructors who are Masterpeace. They bring passion, love and lots of joys to yoga class. The energy in this studio is incredible amazing. I also love people who come here to practise yoga as well. They are just so friendly and open mind. I love this studio. It's clean, the instructors are awesome, there's several classes thru out the day and it's close to home. They have exceeded everything I look for in a yoga studio. Couple things that might be a concern for new students: *Some classes can get pretty packed but the instructors utilize the opportunity to do team excersizes or encourage you to get to know neighbor which is kinda cool. *It can be a little pricey if you're buying individual classes but the packages are super affordable. I was reading thru these reviews and I have to say that I was absolutely disgusted that someone would write a negative review in regards to a yogis physical appearance. Who does that? I've taken enough classes that I think I've had the pleasure of practicing with almost every instructor and everyone of them is an inspiration. I just finished the two week intro special to this place and if you are in the north-end and haven't done it then it is a good deal and a very nice way to check the place out. Also its not like I knew yoga beforehand. A few years ago I took a class that was once a week for a month through parks and rec so yeah - still very much a complete novice. If you kinda remember the basics of sun salutation then you should be able to follow along because the instructors are very easy to follow and if you set up in the back of the class you can just follow what everybody else is doing. I enjoyed all the instructors and classes - they are fun - the instructors make them fun. That said, each class kicked my ass, but in a good way. I liked the class times as I can only do the evening classes because of daytime duties with work and kids so having a 6:30 option and 8:15 option is great. If I wasn't moving I would probably have gotten a membership. read more

I love the hatha and vinyasa classes. The teachers are energetic and friendly . The best part is: the floors are rubber! Some studios have carpets, and those carpets smell horrible during the course of the day. The only thing missing is more "fusion" classes, i.e., the classes which combine Yoga with "not Yoga", such as pull ups. read more

My girlfriend and I recently tried hot yoga for the first time at Fusion Hot Yoga. We chose Fusion because we had heard some great things about the new studio and the instructors. The yoga itself was definitely an intense workout, but afterward you feel relaxed and renewed (different than a good weight or cardio workout). Fusion Hot Yoga's studio is first rate -very clean and has a great vibe about it. Good size changing rooms with showers! I made it all the way through my first class, which for me felt like a triumph. It seems the instructors know there's a wide range of yoga experience (from first timers to seasoned vets) within their class and instruct (and help) accordingly. All in all Fusion Hot Yoga was a great experience and I will definitely be heading back soon! read more

I love Fusion Hot Yoga! I've been to nearly every hot yoga studio in Western Washington, and this is by far my favorite. They have a large modern room, great flooring, good heat, and natural light. The teachers are super experienced, hands-on, and really friendly. Good for beginners or experienced yogis. I have to preface this review by saying that I only go for yoga's practical benefits of toning and strengthening. Having lived in a humid 90/100+ environment for a number of years, I fail to see the spiritual and healing benefits of trying to levitate off the ground on my fingers, tongue, head or toes in such an environment. And yet, this is what hot yoga - or Fusion Hot Yoga - is all about. Stumbled onto Hot Fusion Yoga through a Groupon. I've only had several yoga classes before and don't know a Chaturanga from a chimichanga. (I know now, and I think chimichangas are tastier, but not as good for you.) The yoga I've had before was also quite boring and interminable, like spending the afternoon with a hard-of-hearing aunt who likes to do 1000-piece puzzles of lighthouses. My first class was at Wednesday noon with Ariel - a Power Vinyasa class. The class was packed, making the room even *hotter* than it was already. The classroom is large with mirrors on the walls so you can check your posture...IF you can look past the sweaty guy in briefs right in front of you. There are several overhead fans and the instructor has a microphone. Shelves with blocks are located at the back of the room, and most people take one. Power Vinyasa is pretty fast-paced, from one movement to the next - a set number of poses - and most people in the class appeared to have some yoga experience, as they were not looking around the room in anguish, mouthing the words, WHAA? and NO WAY! as the various poses were called out. Despite the number of students in the class, Ariel still managed to come around to me twice to make corrections to my posture. She was very active in walking the room. She was also very clear in her instructions. She is the best instructor I've had so far. I've taken Power V several times with different instructors (instructors are on a rotation so that they teach a class every X number of days, instead of Mondays/Wednesdays/Fridays, etc.) - and have found that the class is structured pretty much the same each time. Some instructors may pack in more or less routines or make you hold a position longer. Some instructors are clearer in their instructions than others - and almost all will bring a personal touch to their classes: their special music, a poem or a song sung after class. For yoga is supposed to be about spiritual healing and cleansing and not about jumping up and screaming, "I'm alive! I'm still alive!" after every class. That's not very zen like. After a sweaty class one can take a shower in the ladies'/men's bathrooms - each has several showers and lockers, for which you have to bring your own locks. Due to the large number of people per class, people don't bring in their bags to the classroom, but only their mat/towel/water. Because of Hot Fusion Yoga's upsides and its Groupon, some of their classes have attracted a ton of people. This has also made the instructors unable to give personalized attention to each student. In one Hatha Yoga class, one newbie student left in self-conscious embarrassment after struggling with standing on one foot, holding different poses and falling over for about 15 minutes. Some personal attention, or a class geared specifically for beginners would have been helpful. Even though I've attended about 5 classes here now, I still don't know all the terminology and rely on others as a visual guide. The rotational schedule of the instructors is also annoying as I prefer learning from no more than several instructors and not a different one each week. For this reason, I may still look around at a yoga studio closer to home with smaller class size. But if you're in the area and already know your yoga, this is a great studio to further your skills. read more

I have been doing hot yoga for a few years now. (Although I still feel like a beginner.) I found this place to be absolutely wonderful. I did a month of unlimited yoga and I think I will be coming back here in the winter for some more. I found the instructors to be very helpful whether you are a beginner or a pro, especially Brittney. They have showers here! Which is nice, but I live so close I just drive home sweaty. What I like most about this place is that they offer different classes with different times. Power Vinyasa (60 minutes) Power Vinyasa (75 minutes) My favorite. =) Hatha (90 minutes) Hatha (60 minutes) I would recommend coming here early to get a good spot. This place is fairly new and clean. Instructors are great, and the studio is very clean. Wood floors and a full length mirror, and also great music during practice. There's a community vibe at this studio so it's fun to get to know other people. read more
