I have been to many a yoga studio in my days, but this is where I feel the most at peace and aligned. Kelley is truly a divine being, her ability to empathize and connect with everyone in the room and create a dynamic practice that unites us is so magical. I love how she embraces playfulness and keeps the room a safe and mindful place to be. Her energy is radiant and lights up the whole room. To be taught by her is to be loved and seen by her. The sense of community at these classes is far stronger than any other studio. It's a bit of a drive outside downtown Carnation, but worth every minute in the car. I found all the yoga instructors to be really helpful and classes were moderately paced. Bring your own yoga mat, towel to place on the mat, and another to wipe your sweat. I appreciated their showers in the locker room because you leave class really super detoxed and dripping with sweat. The studio and locker rooms are always kept clean. Their classes are notably hotter than other hot yoga studios- if you are completely new to hot yoga, I recommend starting with another studio with a lower temp. or yin classes (meditation/light stretching in a non heated class). There is parking right next to the building, which is really nice.

I was instantly comfortable with the instructor Cecelia (Ce). She is so knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging. I never for an instant felt awkward. My view on Yoga and exercise have taken a 180 turn, and that is due to Ce and her classes. Ce is so patient and makes sure that I am in the right positions; I have found that I have gained flexibility and that I'm never bored with the Yoga classes. Cecilia works hard to make every class different and focus on different areas of the body. Not only have I lost weight and gained muscle tone, but Ce is helping me correct bad posture, and strengthen muscles I have never used. Cecilia gives special care and attention to every client, and her friendly and calming nature makes her classes somewhere I want to be; I am enjoying exercise for the first time. I really like that Cecilia uses many different formats and props in her classes, such as TRX, exercise ball, Tye4, etc. The classes are smaller so that you get personal attention and can easily see her demonstrate each pose and exercise. I highly recommend IncludeYoga, and also love that there is online signups and that you pay by the class.

She was hyper aware of the entire class, giving targeted recommendations when needed, which tremendously helped me to improve my practice. Normally, I leave yoga classes at other studios wishing it was hotter or more humid. I finally got my wish at Go Yoga Kirkland and was humbled and challenged in all the right ways. A very nice bonus is Jamie seemed to always know the perfect times to let cool air into the room. I walked away from my class feeling stronger and incredibly satisfied. This studio is a down-to-earth gem. A no judgement vibe permeates the atmosphere. Safety is emphasized, encouraging practitioners to slow down and focus on their own journey rather than comparing themselves to others. The instructors at Be One are friendly and highly experienced. Amanda, Joyce, Michelle, Adam, Jo and Flip, among many others offer sound guidance. Listening to your body and moving at your own pace is consistently encouraged. Amanda's background in medicine empowers students to stretch safely and effectively, Joyce, Jo and Michelle frequently enlighten students on how specific asanas benefit the spine and GI system: a brilliant enrichment of everyone's practice! Flip's succinct, targeted prompts are nothing short of phenomenal. Adam's classes serve as a masterclass in seamlessly integrating variations into 60 minute flows with perfect timing. Unexpected change of instructor at the last minute, so I canceled class. Received penalty notification as expected and did not have any issues. I decided to notify them, as I believe communication is important and also respectful when you're a no show. Instead, I got a series of emails from the owner that wasn't pleasant, but more combative and defensive. She also made sure to indicate boldly in her communication that she is the "OWNER" when I didn't ask and was trying to close the toxic display of her communication towards me. Quite sad frankly to learn of an owner who practices against its mission statement. Be wary.

I have been taking classes here for almost a year and highly recommend it for people of any skill…read morelevel. The front desk area is welcoming and warm. I was greeted kindly and check-in was super simple. The space is so relaxing, open, and just has a great energy. They were also able to do a very soft lighting to keep the mood calm but also make it easy if people needed to see. Parking was also pretty easy. Two small things to note. First is that they do not have any props to borrow. I forgot a pillow and ended up just rolling up my sweatshirt. Totally fine, just something to note- definitely make sure you bring what you need. Second- the bathroom is connected to the studio in a way that you can hear people using it during practice. This is a little annoying and awkward for the person going, but I understand there is not a good way to remedy this.
