The friendliest staff! Absolutely love this studio and all the class options. Very clean and welcoming energy

I use to come here a lot when visiting my brother's family in Lake Stevens (I'm from San Diego). I stopped when Covid hit. The plan is very clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are about the same as most yoga studios. I am a former yoga instructor and I'm pretty picky about my yoga classes. I've also practiced for over 7 years on a regular basis and on and off for about 15-16 yrs. I absolutely love their vinyasa style/power classes but felt the sculpt was just okay. I taught a lot of sculpt down in San Diego and we were trained to teach to the beat of the music + a heavy emphasis on verbal cues to set you up. I definitely will come back for the vinyasa classes again when things settle down a bit with covid and I'm in town again. read more

I've only been to the Snohomish location but plan on visitations the other also. The owner, receptionist, and teachers all seemed very happy and friendly. I know a lot of these teachers and they are amazing and knowledgeable. One of my favorite studios around. The space is clean, open and inviting. A tight lobby but that just means a bigger yoga room. It's right by Home Depot and a perfect store so is perfect location. read more

I'm happy to give Spark Hot Yoga a Five Star review. As a nearby resident, this has become my hometown studio. I started hot yoga years ago but took a long hiatus due to back and hip problems and associated weight gain. I had hip replacement surgery last year and after shedding the pounds and a couple months of rehab I decided to give Hot Yoga a try again. My daughter and several other friends were regulars here and I am happy to report that I am becoming one as well. The instructors here are kind, caring supportive and encouraging. I've done mostly Hatha but want to expand my practice to Power and maybe even Flow. Currently participating inthe 21 day Yoga Challenge I am going to be hard pressed to accomplish it because of my frequent travel but my enjoyment of Hot Yoga at Spark has me looking for other Hot Yoga studios in the places I travel to to help me continue my practice on the road. read more

I have mixed feelings about this studio. I did their 2 week new student special, which was awesome to try out. I love that there's lots of classes and times available so you're able to find classes that work with your schedule. I wasn't too crazy about the actual classes, the teachers are all great but each hatha class is a Bikram class. I like to have variety and new challenges in my practice but unfortunately I wasn't able to find that at this studio, each hatha class was the same 26 postures instead of teachers choice/style. There's only so many hot studios in the Snohomish area so if you're new to yoga or want to try something new, this would be a good place to try out. read more

First of all. I'm not your typical yogi. Great people. 5 stars. Each of the instructors I've attended classes are helpful and super professional. I would recommend Spark without any reservation. Thanks you. read more

I am new to the area and was looking for a Yoga studio. Spark Hot Yoga studio is my new Yoga home. I tried a drop in class and though I was a bit rusty I was guided and challenged by the instructors. The studio is amazing from the front desk to the changing room and the studio itself. The aromatic smells of peppermint truly is an added plus. I came back to do the new student special and since then I've made it a priority to make time to treat myself to a yoga class with Spark's friendly and knowledgable staff. Added perk is if you forget your mat of anything else they have rentals and items to purchase on the spot. I highly recommend this studio!!! read more

I've recently discovered my love of hot yoga. I found my new obsession by chance and I'll spare you those details :) Bottom line; I came once with no expectations and left feeling like I was walking on a cloud. In a few months I've seen incredible improvements in my flexibility, mood, physical appearance, and posture. Aside from those benefits there is the incredible detox I get from sweating so much. I, as well as 40% of the population have genetic methylation issues that prevent toxins from being released. Hot yoga is a God send for us. I go 3-5 times a week now and I think it's going to be a life long thing. Oh, and thank you yoga teachers! You are all amazing, each one of you. Maybe I'll become a yoga teacher some day, one can dream. read more

Spark welcomed me into their yoga room back in 2016 and I've been with them ever since as both a student and teacher. In total, I've visited Spark 117 times. I've been committed to other yoga studios and programs in the region, but I don't find the same sense of community anywhere else. If you want teachers and other students that are really on board to support you while you grow your practice then this is the place for you. read more

Such an amazing establishment. my boyfriend went with me to experience hot yoga for his first time and he was very anxious about the experience The instructor was so professional and really helped not only him but me. she did it in a way that was not embarrassing. You can take a class for only $15 which is a steal of a deal, definitely will be back This place is so clean too. read more

love! great place, great teachers, and overall enjoyable experience. ~~~~~~~~~~~ definitely recommend to anyone, unless you're very heat sensitive because after all it is hot yoga. read more

After experiencing several other yoga classes I can honestly say this place offers the best yoga experience I've had. The teachers are top notch and I am so grateful to have this establishment in my small town. read more

I had been going to Hot Yoga Inc when I moved to Marysville and away from any of those studios. I needed to find a new place to continue my practice. I found Spark Hot Yoga online and tried out the two week special. I think I was two classes in and bought a package. I really enjoy each instructor and the owner even teaches many of the classes and is wonderful and motivating. I love that they always have peppermint candles in the lobby and in the studio. The room is not so hot that you feel like you are going to pass out like at other studios. I have been going since September and love the two days a week I can make time for myself. I also like that each class is different. I got used to Power was pretty much the same every time at other studios but each instructor is different so you get more practice at different poses. There are always options to go further and they help improve your practice, ability and comfort level. Very positive and motivating environment. I know that they have had a few kids classes offered and my daughter who is 7 has come to three classes with my and really enjoys it. read more

This was my first hot yoga adventure. I've only tried yoga a couple times before and enjoyed the hot aspect a lot. Very encouraging and nonjudgmental staff. read more

New to the area and love the studio and classes/times offered. I did however not feel very welcomed when I first came. I paid and then thought they would tell me a little about the studio, like where the locker rooms were located, where the studio was, if they sold water, etc. I definitely could figure it out, I was just used to a more welcoming environment in the past when I've gone to other studios. It might just be that particular instructor, as I've taken a couple classes from her and will just say I have not gotten the warm fuzzy feelings from her I was hoping, ha! Just was a sucky first impression. read more

I'll start off with saying I LOVE this place. However, the availability of the classes, especially during the weekends, are very selective. Also, it's very expensive for the availability of classes. I realize it's a specialized yoga studio, but $100 a month (for unlimited classes if you can make the few classes they offer) is very hard to say it's worth it. I love that it's very close and the instructors are all AMAZING! But, a gym membership that offers yoga is much cheaper. read more

Owner and instructors are passionate about what they do and it comes out in the outstanding customer service that is displayed. I highly recommend this business! read more

This review is long overdue. I can't express how much I love this place! The studio itself is very clean, no funky hot yoga smell. I love the variety of classes they have, sculpt is my FAVE, I can definitely see a difference in my muscle tone since coming to Spark. The instructors are so kind and the owner is awesome too, she really goes above and beyond with customer service. Thanks, you guys are the best! read more

Spark is the best! The instructors are all awesome. The vibe is great, and as a guy, I never feel out of place. My wife convinced me to try Hatha and wow it's an incredible workout! I've been lifting weights for years but nothing prepares you for hot yoga! I only wish they had a 6:00am Hatha class everyday. read more

Spark is awesome. My wife took a class there and convinced me i had to try it out. I'm very happy i did. 1. i've taken classes from every instructor and they all ROCK. They are helpful and will guide you through your practice without pressure or making you feel uncomfortable. You go at your own pace. 2. The studio is hot, but it's not OMG unbearable hot. 3. There's plenty of space and lots of classes to chose from. I signed up for the two week special - 1 week in and i was ready to sign up for the monthly package. I'm hooked on hot yoga and highly recommend Spark. read more

Awesome teachers and classes. Everyone is so positive, supportive and helpful. These classes have been so helpful with my knee issues. I feel like a new woman! read more

Great yoga experience. They have drop in classes, and offer several specific classes. You leave feeling completely rejuvenated.

Hands down my favorite studio! Such a peaceful, calm, noncompetitive environment. The studio and shower room are always clean. The instructors and all very nice and helpful. Some are relaxing and gentle, others are task masters that whip you into shape...so there is a good mix. Their sister studio in Marysville comes a close second, but there is just something special about this place. A gf referred me here over 2 years ago when I was looking for a new place to practice and I've been a regular ever since. Can't say enough good things about Spark and the owner Janette. So happy I have to have found such an amazing place to practice! read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE this studio. The instructors are fantastic, and the people who attend classes here are very friendly. There are all levels, from beginners to people who could actually teach. I'm kind of a beginner, and have never felt subconscious. The studio has such a great vibe. So glad I found it:) read more

It's surprising to me how little reviews on Yelp I see of this business because it truly is one of the best. I have done yoga here and there in the past and have never been hooked until I stepped foot here. I've practiced at studios before that have nearly given me a heat stroke, but this studio has got it just right. I used to avoid hot yoga after 5:00 pm to stay away from the stench that people tend to bring with them after work to a room full of sweaty people, but it is always clean and stench free here no matter what time of day I decide to attend. After coming here for about a month for most days of the week, I can say that all the instructors I've taken classes from are great. I always leave feeling amazing. I would like to see more workshops and posture clinics but that won't keep me from giving them a 5 star rating. They are opening another location on Marysville soon and can't wait to see how amazing their business does there. read more
