The plan is very clean and well maintained and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The prices are about the same as most yoga studios. I am a former yoga instructor and I'm pretty picky about my yoga classes. I've also practiced for over 7 years on a regular basis and on and off for about 15-16 yrs. I absolutely love their vinyasa style/power classes but felt the sculpt was just okay. I taught a lot of sculpt down in San Diego and we were trained to teach to the beat of the music + a heavy emphasis on verbal cues to set you up. I definitely will come back for the vinyasa classes again when things settle down a bit with covid and I'm in town again.

The people in the class are really friendly and supportive and at different fitness levels so you never feel like you have to compete with people who are far more advanced. Vicki is always willing to modify any part of the workout to suit your needs but will continue to challenge you. Sometimes I think she believes in me more than I believe in myself. If you want to get helthy have fun and meet some wonderful people in the process then give true to form a try you will be glad you did.

I had a medical issue and my doctor recommended to stop hot yoga . I emailed them and told them I have to cancel my membership based on this. They didn't ask how I was only that I didn't call in time so they would be charging me again. They"cancelled" my contract, but then charged me again in August. I wrote another email and they said they would refund. Now this morning I got charged once again! Now, I still have been charged 3 months and still no resolution. It would've been easy to pick up the phone and have a human conversation. I'm sick and tired and they keep taking advantage of me. Think twice before deciding to come here!

None of the equipment has been really updated or upgraded since i was a member a couple years ago nor has it been recently. Last time they caught me on the way out with an auto renewal that I had to pay out and this time even though i called ahead to cancel they're still going to hit me with 2 more payments cause "it takes a month to process" The facility is always clean and anytime access is really nice but honestly if it's all the same to you and you don't have time for BS just go across the highway to planet fitness and you'll get treated a lot better
