Goat yoga! Yep, you read that right!
    Traci R.

Goat Yoga. What is this? It's exactly what it sounds like. Yoga + goats. This new workout routine has been picking up popularity across the nation like a virus! Considering the fact that my hometown doesn't offer goat yoga, I knew I had to try it while visiting the lovely state of Washington. Did this over the summer yet I procrastinated and didn't write a review immediately! LOCATION: Located in Snohomish, WA, the Wobbly Ranch offers goat yoga several times a week for those who are interested. Parking is not a problem due to the limited spaces in the class. CLASS: The event is two hours which consist of one hour of yoga and one hour to spend time meeting and playing with the goats. Truthfully, you're playing with the goats for the entire two hours. As of right now, there are 10 goats on the ranch. Three of them are babies and will be in the yoga area with you. The others are a bit larger and doing yoga with them might be a little sketch. If you're looking for an intense yoga workout, you're probably not going to get it here. Everyone would rather pay attention to the goats than do yoga! GOATS: These goats were rescued from abuse and neglect. The yoga classes help offset the cost of running the ranch which I feel is a great cause! You'll be able to feed them, play with them and even carry the little ones! They're all very sweet and have unique personalities. Their names are adorable too: Mouse, Lulu, Seamus , Vincent Van Goat to name a few. WHAT TO BRING: A yoga mat will be provided. Bring water if you get thirsty. Bring your camera for photos! There will be poop and pee but it's not that bad. So bring footwear you wouldn't mind getting a little goat poo on. I had a blast at goat yoga, I just wished there were more goats. Compared to other places that I have seen online, this ranch seems to have less goats. And though it may have been a good thing, these goats didn't jump on you like I've seen on other ranches. Definitely worth a try though!

Thank you for giving me and my two best friends from out of town an unforgettable experience at the goat yoga class!! It was a beautiful day spent at your awesome farm with your rescue goats! If you want to do something unique and have a great time...this is a must do! Amanda and her staff are the nicest & friendliest and their stories about each rescue goat and how the farm came about is a good one to hear! I cannot wait to take everyone that comes to visit me to do this!! Definitely on my fun bucket list of things to do!

    Beautiful location

I love goats and I love yoga, so when my husband surprised me with tickets for Goat Yoga I was over the moon! This little farm/yoga studio was one of my favorite places I've ever taken a class and I've been to Bali, Mexico, etc! The couple that runs it truly care about your experience and the yoga instructor was clear and kind and super fun! Pro tip: try their new weekday classes if you're in the service industry or just work weekends! Great price and great availability. Located in Snohomish, the drive was stunning and well worth the trip.

Loved it! Thank you for what you do for these sweet goat babies and for inviting the rest of us to be part of it. What fun!

    Sweetest goats!

I had the best experience here! I heard about this via groupon although groupon did not have the opening I wanted. I ended up buying it through Airbnb. Amanda is so helpful, she texted me and gave me lots of info. The yoga class itself was incredible. Out in nature, it was beautiful! I came here thinking it was going to be a smelly farm. It did not smell at all, they must keep it really clean. Even the goats did not smell. They were so friendly and well trained. I absolutely loved them. THEY ARE A NON PROFIT TOO! Such a great thing they are doing rescuing these sweet goats and making everyone happy in yoga too! :)

By far my favorite way to yoga is at the Wobbly Rancg and it's not just the goats that make this an amazing experience but the ranch's owners as well learning about goats and the Wobbly Ranch. Definitely an event you must experience.

The rules are completely over the top. You have to be 16+ just to use the hot tub, which already feels excessive, but banning pool noodles is next level ridiculous. I didn't even bring one, they literally had a whole bin of them there, just sitting there that no one is allowed to use. What is even the point of that? Then, after paying, I was forced to wait 30 minutes for absolutely no clear reason. No explanation, no organization, just standing around while time was wasted. It honestly felt like they didn't care at all. And the sanitation? Questionable at best. For a place that's supposed to be about swimming and cleanliness, it did not feel clean or well-maintained. Overall, this place manages to be strict, disorganized, and underwhelming all at once. Charging people for this kind of experience is wild. I definitely won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you enjoy paying to be annoyed

I had several injuries that she said were no problem to work around. I was very scared for our first class, especially since it was in public at a park! But Carly has such a calm demeanor she put me at ease. She is one of those rare teachers that meets you where you are; she knows when to give pointers and when to just let you do your best at attempting new poses. She is always very responsive with any questions or concerns. Even though she is SO knowledgeable about the body and yoga she finds a way to explain things in a way that makes sense. She also gives you explanations that put into context what you are doing and why. She challenges me every time, but is understanding and flexible with my limitations.
