I sincerely wanted to explore every inch of the property and take a million pictures, but unfortunately, I was Non weightbearing on crutches and really couldn't! I appreciated that the bathrooms had a good grab bar and felt safe. If I get lucky enough to attend another event there, I would not sit by the speaker in the dining area because it was extremely loud and it was hard to hear the people at my table, will leave that table for the younger generation! lol. The food from the Cabbage Patch in Snohomish was outstanding. The beef tenderloin and the spinach salad with homemade raspberry vinegarette was delicious. I'm telling you I have been to many venues in my lifetime, and this one might be my all time favorite. Kudos to the family run business!

The aesthetic leans towards modern country-tiki chic, which was great for photographs! The only downside was that since there were not many paved areas, my heels were ruined by the end of the night between the grass, gravel, and gaping floor boards on the dance floor. This space is definitely more wedges or flats friendly, which you may want to warn your guests about ahead of time.

As a…read morevendor, I really appreciate the layout of the venue and the event support that the owners provide, such as moving tables and chairs around and helping in the cleanup/takedown process of the event. Even taking away the trash at the end of the night. So many venues expect the couple/clients to haul tables and chairs and trash to obscure storage locations on their property at 11:00 pm. This makes a big difference when hiring our team to help with takedown. I was able to give my clients a huge discount for my takedown/cleanup service. So all of you potential couples, think about this for your convenience and ease of operation for your event when looking for a wedding venue. And did I mention...this venue is stunning, pristine, close in to town and has beautiful landscaping! vendor: Lisa Faircloth Events, LLC.

So it's a hidden gem! This place has amazing large lawns and lots of floral shrubs. Just driving up the lane to the venue gave me butterflies. The owners were very helpful throughout the whole day. They even helped my husband and I get my keys out of my locked car! The father of the groom thanked the owners in his toast so I have a good feeling they were wonderful to work with like he said. As it started to get dark they lit torches (not tacky tiki ones) around the outdoor dining/reception area and have so many other great lighting touches. This has to be one of the most beautiful wedding venues I've seen (and I toured a lot for my wedding a few years ago). Just the amount of work it takes to make the grounds look that good is very impressive.

From the breathtaking grounds to the exceptional service, Red Cedar Farm exceeded every expectation. We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful venue or a better experience. Everyone taking a look at the goats, burros, and chickens. And of course, the pinball machines were a huge hit for all who attended. The shuttle from the overflow lot to the grounds was flawless, continually running until everyone had arrived. Andrea was awesome, providing umbrellas for the wedding for the quick storm that passed through during the ceremony; she bartended when one could not be found; and even quickly responded to a spill on the dance floor. I can't say enough good about the venue or how much Andrea did to make my daughter and son-in-laws wedding so memorable. I will recommend Red Cedar Farm to all.

I had the amazing privilege of officiating my goddaughter's wedding recently on the MV Skansonia…read moreand, yes, this is truly one of the highlight venues in the Seattle area. I'm from Indianapolis and most certainly have never had the opportunity to officiate a wedding at such a remarkable setting matched by stellar customer service and wonderful food. The entire event was exceptional from beginning to end. I will admit that I worried when my goddaughter announced her wedding would take place on the MV Skansonia - a retired Washington State ferry boat built in 1928 that has been beautifully refurbished and is permanently moored on Lake Union. I wanted to say to her "You do remember I'm in a wheelchair, right?" Of course, she did remember. While the MV Skansonia does have a small second level that is, in fact, not accessible, for this event it was primarily only used for dressing, etc. and I was able to fully participate in every aspect of the event from wedding rehearsal to ceremony to dinner to signing certificates and to the event closing dancing and social hours. I never struggled to get around and access to the boat has been made relatively easy with a wide ramp that goes up the venue (there is a bit of a steep lip - if you're not independent with a wheelchair, I recommend making sure you have some help). The set-up was beautifully arranged with Lake Union and the Seattle skyline in the background. Despite the challenges of holding an event on a ferry boat in record-breaking temps and the subsequent wedding outdoors on said ship, the event team was friendly, professional, and pulled the event off quite wonderfully. The ship itself is beautiful. The food served was tremendous and dinner arrangements were efficient and effective. I loved the woman, whose name I am completely forgetting, who helped with the rehearsal and came armed with ideas, tips, and lots of positivity. We worried a little bit as during the rehearsal a nearby tugboat made a little more noise than expected, but the day of the wedding was perfection and we even had nearby boaters stopping to watch. The wedding set-up allowed for great views and photography. The follow-up events were nicely organized. The main floor served as an awesome dance floor, while the dinner area was beautifully set up with tables and a picturesque setting. The Skansonia offers an all-inclusive venue with food, drinks, tables, chairs linens, staff, a coordinator, and more! They also note that they have a dressing room, indoor event space, outdoor event space, reception area, wireless internet, accessibility, and a covered outdoor area just in case (This is Seattle, after all). I stayed at a hotel about a mile away and was able to travel down by wheelchair largely using the Burke-Gilman Trail. There are other restaurants and sites nearby, as well. I'd easily and enthusiastically recommend this team and this venue. While I'm from Indiana, if by some weird shot I ever get married again I'd think long and hard about going to Seattle because this is easily the best venue for a wedding I've officiated and it offers an array of services, room to party, and an entire atmosphere that screams out romance. The venue has deservedly won awards and this experience was definitely one of my favorite experiences while in Seattle.

They planned a gorgeous wedding that was tailored to my personality and preferences. Then the pandemic hit and we were forced to cancel everything. It was disappointing that we could not bring the vision to fruition, but I write this review to inform readers that Holly and Katie did NOT leave me in the dust when the pandemic hit. Our contract dissolved since we had to cancel our wedding, and I thought that was the end of our relationship. Without hesitation, though, they reached out to all of my vendors to gather information about cancellations, rescheduling, etc. It was such a headache even thinking about the work it took to cancel this event. Now that I am able to look back at all the responses received by vendors, I am relieved that I hired some of the vendors that Perfectly Posh recommended because they were the most accommodating during this pandemic. I know this is largely influenced by the strong working relationship they maintain with vendors. Despite the fact that we didn't have a wedding reception, I do NOT regret hiring Perfectly Posh for one second. Three things a bride looks for in a company are capability, trustworthiness, and someone you know you can depend on. During our first call she answered all of my questions. By the time the call was sent her I knew she could find the perfect venue and make my wedding dreams come true. She already had beautiful places lined up and was going to email me pictures.
