I was told not a problem. The carpet would be in and installed prior to the date I gave them. About a week later, I was contacted and said that my carpet arrived damaged and that I would need to come and look at two different colors that they had in stock if I still needed it installed by a specific date. So I settled on a different color. The day of installation came, and I thought everything went smooth until I was in the room, looking at the carpet when I damage to my wall. Apparently the installers pulled too hard on the TV cable that was attached to the wall in a channel and ripped the drywall and paint. A man named Tom called me the next day and asked me how everything went so I told him about the wall. He told me he would call me back that he was going to speak with the installers. When he called back, he said the installer said they didn't do it and it was a he said she said situation. He offered me $200 back so that I can get the wall repaired. Over a month went by, no check. I called numerous times and was told someone would call me back, they never did. Neil gave me an email address to send a message to, which I did, and that person never responded either! I have finally received a check in the mail for $50 ($150 less than I was told originally.) Very bad customer service in my opinion and I will never use them again.
