Let's start with overall first phone call . I called to get prices an ideas , a gentleman named Eric picked up . He made me feel so comfortable with his extensive knowledge on flooring , that money was least of my worries . He came out to my home an place of business with a suit case style floor samples . Carpet Center is on a class all by itself. The selection, quality and service is on another level. I been looking around for a 5ft round carpet with a very specific color and design and no where I could find it prior to arriving at the Carpet Center. Eric made it possible by special ordering the color scheme that I wanted and send the square piece to cut to a 5ft round Carpet, so I got a custom made carpet to fit the round area that I was decorating.
