My sales person, Neil, was great. That was the extent of the greatness. I was pressed for time to get carpet installed in my bedroom before my furniture was delivered. I was told not a problem. The carpet would be in and installed prior to the date I gave them. About a week later, I was contacted and said that my carpet arrived damaged and that I would need to come and look at two different colors that they had in stock if I still needed it installed by a specific date. So I settled on a different color. The day of installation came, and I thought everything went smooth until I was in the room, looking at the carpet when I damage to my wall. Apparently the installers pulled too hard on the TV cable that was attached to the wall in a channel and ripped the drywall and paint. A man named Tom called me the next day and asked me how everything went so I told him about the wall. He told me he would call me back that he was going to speak with the installers. When he called back, he said the installer said they didn't do it and it was a he said she said situation. He offered me $200 back so that I can get the wall repaired. Over a month went by, no check. I called numerous times and was told someone would call me back, they never did. Neil gave me an email address to send a message to, which I did, and that person never responded either! I have finally received a check in the mail for $50 ($150 less than I was told originally.) Very bad customer service in my opinion and I will never use them again. read more

In 2019 I returned home from a deployment with a little money in my pocket and wanted to do some renovations on my house. My wife and I purchased several hundred sq/ft (three rooms worth) of Coretec "100% waterproof" LVP flooring from this location of Next Day Floors. It took 2 weeks to get an installer which my wife and I thought was pretty funny considering the name of the store... but that wasn't the issue. Just a year and a half after the floor was installed all of the planks in two of the three rooms started to buckle in the middle. It was awful. Soon after the third room buckled as well. We reached out to next day floors via calls and e-mail several times. I must have spoke with the salesmen, Neil (who was completely unhelpful) and a woman named Cynthia Scott at least 5 times before finally reaching out to a higher up with next day floors and getting an appointment for the flooring to be inspected. A gentlemen...( and I use that term very loosely) named Rob Wedge came out with a meter that tests for the presence of water under the floor. He kicked the meter around the floor and found nothing. He was a jerk the whole time and was attempting to come up with every excuse to not have to repair/replace the flooring. Rob Wedge ignored phone calls from my wife's phone but picked up immediately when we called from another line. He was completely unprofessional and condescending. Finally, we had a break through. Cynthia Scott told my wife that we could get a credit back on our floor. We went to the Dundalk location to pick out a different flooring and they acted as though they didn't want to help us. We ended up leaving the store and contacting the manufacture directly for a resolution. Bottom line is they are rude, their service is slow, they're over priced and they have no integrity. If you need flooring go to home depot and use one of their professional installers! Save yourself the money and mental anguish. read more

Needed an estimate. Someone came to my home for less than 2 minutes. Said they no longer carried my tile and they didn't know what I wanted them to do. I, obviously, was calling you for new flooring. The person measured and than left. He called me insisting I come into the store to pick out flooring. I explained to him at this point in time I just want a quote. He said he couldn't give me a quote without flooring. So I said okay, can I look online and text you what I like. He said no, I had to go into the store. Again explained all I wanted was a quote. I was not sure if I wanted to go with this company or another. He finally agreed to let me text him a picture of what I wanted. Waited until the next day no response. So decided to go with another company. Because he had already shown up to my home once with no appointment I decided to text him and tell him I was going with another company and to please not pop at up my house anymore. He than called me back to back to back, until I finally blocked the store number. Less than 5 minutes later he was at my house BANGING on my door. But because of how aggressive he was I did not open my door because I had my 2 and 3 year old with me alone. I then heard my neighbor come outside and he asked her if I was in my house. She replied she did not know. He than asked well do you know where else I could find her? And my neighbor replied no. At this point it's becoming VERY unprofessional. Not to mention when he texted me and introduced himself he said he was the stores General Manager. Upon speaking with corporate they told me he was not a part of management at all, but was just a store associate. I've been harassed by him for 2 days and if it continues tomorrow I'll be forced to file a police report. I also blocked the main store number and his cell phone number, but apparently he has 2 cell phones and began calling me on the other cell phone. She did all the measurements and get back to me the same day with a price. I thought the price was way too high for me to go forward with what I wanted to do. read more

Everything went well until we put down 1k for the deposit. We were told the carpet would be installed within the next week. I had to call Neil a week later because I had no updates. I got the run around for another week.. Communication was horrible the entire time and Neil's attitude was just as bad. To get scheduled for the carpet I had to call Neil yet again because I had not heard from him. About 3 weeks later we finally got the carpet installed. The installers were super kind and did a great job however Neil talked to those poor guys like they were animals on the street. Neil is rude and I would never do business with him again. read more

I had vinyl laminate flooring installed on the lowest floor of my rowhouse -- about 1400 sf. The salesman was very knowledgeable and considerate (even when I changed my mind three times on the flooring). He even offered to let me take the larger sample home so I can match it to my kitchen cabinets. I will say though that even though the price of the flooring might be pretty low, where they get you is the extra instillation costs... A couple hundred to detach/reattach appliances, a couple hundred to install the quarter-round trim, a couple hundred to remove and put the toilet back... Just beware of all these "extras" that they don't advertise right up front. The order came in very quickly and installation was set up for Saturday (which I must admit, is very nice to be able to schedule installation for a Saturday). The installers arrived on time, however when they saw that I had an old layer of vinyl UNDER my current vinyl that they would have to take up I heard nothing but swearing and the "main" guy calling up other people complaining. And trust me, he did NOTHING to hide his distaste for me, my house, and this job. I mean seriously, to actually swear in a customer's house while they are right upstairs and can hear every word????? The installation too ALL day (about 8 hours) most of which was I am sure due to them having to take up the old layers of flooring -- which I will admit looked like a pain. Meanwhile I could hear nothing but him talking about how the construction of my house was so shoddy, and my kitchen cabinets were cheap, and someone had just bought this piece of sh*t house, slapped a coat of paint on it, and sold it to the first person to come along. Wow... Lets first say that I bought my house about five years ago, and it wasn't in the best shape, but I've been working on rehabbing it myself and I'm working as fast as I can. Also, I bought my kitchen cabinets from Sears two years ago... And trust me they weren't CHEAP. Nevermind the fact that just continuously insulted my house while in my own home and installing new flooring that I paid over $2,000 for. When finished, the floor looked beautiful. However, I was really unhappy with the the detail of the work. The quarteround wasn't cut tight in the corners, there were nail gun holes EVERYWHERE, there were even some new holes in my drywall above the floor where it looked like they accidentally banged their "scrapping" tool into the walls.. Also, the toe kick below the kitchen cabinets was cracked in several places where they had obviously banged that same scrapper tool into it. (They blamed it on the cheap cabinet construction) It was just messy and horrible. However, when I pointed these things out, the installer just kept saying "it was like that already". The final cherry on the top was that when they left I could smell gas. The installer told me that it was just because the stove was reattached and it would go away soon. Well, it didn't go away. I waited two days and the smell just got stronger and stronger. When I came home from work on Monday night, I walked into the house and the smell of gas was so strong that I immediately pulled the stove away from the wall and turned off the gas. I checked the connections and indeed there WAS a leak. I could hear the hissing coming from the stove. I called Bills Carpet Fair and was told that a service order would be put in for me. Nothing happened. I waited a week and called back. The salesman seemed to think that the installer should have already fixed the problem. Jean alleged that he had been trying unsuccessfully to get a hold of me which is ridiculous -- I have no record of calls from him. I was given the installers direct number, so I called and set up an appointment . I took time off of work and I waited and he never showed up. This happened twice -- him just not showing up. When he finally did show up it was because I had spoken with someone at the corporate office. And let me just say that when he came to my door, I answered it, and he didn't even shake my hand, say hello, or wipe his feet. He just walked in right past me, went downstairs, all while mumbling "lets get this over with". I sat in the same room the whole time. He never addressed me once, just mumbled to himself and his two coworkers. Everything was fixed and the stove re installed. He then gave me a lecture about what natural gas smells like, and I must have been mistaken because he didn't think there were any leaks. He actually lectured me.... I mean, thank goodness for men like him who can tell silly little women like me what to do and what is real and not real! I never mentioned that I am an architect and I know just as much (if not more) about construction than he does. So, in conclusion -- The floor is beautiful, the price was decent, the salesmen are great... The installer? Yeah, well, if I were you I would find a contractor other than Bill's. read more

My experience with Next Day Floors was excellent. Cindy the Consultant. assisted me enthusiastically; with selecting the right type of flooring that I was interested in, such as the color, scratch and water resistance. The installers Adam and John were great too! They were very pleasant and professional from the scheduled time they arrived until completing the job in one day (3 rooms and hallway). I observed these guys putting their full attention into removing the old floor and installing the new flooring. Adam the supervisor, did not hesitate to address the concerns that I had throughout the day. The guys did the cutting of the tile and quarter round in detail with no errors. Also, after pulling out the stove and refrigerator, Adam allowed me the opportunity to wash down the walls behind the stove and refrigerator, while he worked in another area. At the end of their day, they cleaned all inside and outside areas that they worked in. My floors looks so nice, and I am totally proud of them. I definitely will purchase floors from Next Day Floors again when I'm ready to install new floors for the upstairs. read more

Probably the worst experience I have ever had. They advertise 0% financing for the first six months, but if your bank is 1 day late delivering the electronic payment they charge you all of the interest for the full financing term and late fees on top of that! You call for weeks trying to get an account balance, no one answers you or updates your file and you end up paying double the loan! Next day floors- get a new financing company because your current one, mariner finance is horrible! I wish I could do less than 1 star!!!!!!!! read more

they said 6 month financing and no credit check they came and got are $200 deposit and they never showed up when we had an apointment and we called them they said they had to check my credit and they said no credit check. so we said i wont my $200 dollar credit check and they said no so i had to use a cosigner. read more

I originally called Luna and our rep was a no-call, no-show. I decided to go with Next Day Floors and I'm so glad that I did. Ms. Paula called me a few hours prior to double check that everything was still on for that evening and she arrived 30 minutes early to our appointment. She was very patient and playful with our dog and kitten - she let them play with her laser pointer! When selecting carpet for our living room, stairs & landing, and bedroom, she made wonderful suggestions about the color options and what would look best. Our install is currently scheduled for December 18th (my choice) and I am able to pay on the spot with my debit card. My husband and I were pleased with the pricing as it was about $500 less than what Home Depot wanted just for our living room. So far, I am loving Next Day Floors and would recommend them to anyone. My rating is 4/5 stars simply because the carpets have not been installed yet. read more
