The owners are very rude especially the wife, she isn't friendly and loud. I ordered a Taro drink and they made it with rotten milk. I drank a couple of sips out of it and it tasted weird I looked a it and I saw chunks of milk. I took a pick of it and showed the owners daughter it and she acted like I was lying about it. And she was argumentative with me. I asked her if she could honor me by getting me another one and at first she didn't want to but finally did. I could taste grease in some of the donuts. There's finally a Bosa in the Canyon Ridge area, and I'm sure my dentist (located adjacent to this suite) couldn't be happier! Out of the half dozen we bought (and the 2 complimentary ones), our favorite was the buttermilk bar... but we're only 4 deep. With an array of breakfast, and lunch, sandwiches, and plethora of boba powered drinks, I'm sure to be a permanent fixture in this place. Fit me for a piano box! read more

Doughnuts are good but small in proportion for cost and I ordered 2 orange juices and paid $4 each and the orange juice brand was nasty and tart not sweet. They about the size of a kids juice box and taste like crap. Service was also slow, also I ordered 2 donuts for two separate people with different t tastes and they put them in the same bag. Gross I'm allergic to apples. So thanks for putting my maple bar in with the apple fritter. Waste of money read more

This Bosa location (Avenue of the Arts) had a nice selection of donuts. They were OK tasting... Just like every other donut shop. There was a good selection and the coffee was fine. My problem is with the help...obviously the girl behind the counter does not want to be there. I don't know why she works there. Never cracks a smile...never says hello...how are you? Can I help you? It's obvious we are bothering her. It's is very offputting! If she does not want to work at customer service, perhaps she should think of getting another job. When my husband suggests coming here, I inwardly groan as I am not wild about facing her! So sad! read more

BOSO DONUTS At 7:34pm on 12/28 I went into the BOSA Donuts at 17061 N Avenue of the Arts su102, Surprise AZ 85378 (623)404-5555. The only one there I believe was a girl, after I came through door it took her about 5 minutes to come up to the counter. No hi, no hello, no how can I help you, only, "What do you need?" I used a coupon for 6 free glasses w/the purchase of a dozen. The dozen what was left in the cases was slim to none. I asked for the 3 remaining maple long John's, she gave me chocolate long John's!!! I ate a glazed donut at home and it had brown black burnt oily dough stains on it and after further inspection, all the donuts had it. They were very stale and that's NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE. NOT EVEN GLAZED ON BOTH SIDES. I always go to Happy Valley & Lake Pleasant Pkwy in Peoria and everything there is always so fresh and they are always happy to see me. Very helpful. The girl tonight in the Surprise location acted like I was interrupting her. I spent $20.24 that included a tip of $2.63. I'll never go there again. My husband said take it back but it was too far away from where I live, as I just drove a friend to the airport and her relative back home in Sun City. I just wanted something sweet and for my granddaughters in the morning. HOWEVER, I dumped all the donuts in the trash. So greasy they even smelled like old oil and had burnt pieces on them from the burnt oil. I still have my receipt and took a picture of it too. I'm trying to resolve this through corporate, rather than the internet media. I'm not like that. (As of January 8th no reply or acknowledgment from Corporate) You should know this because it was just that horrible. Cases were 2/3's EMPTY too. Not like the variety you give your customers at the one by me. Now I have crying granddaughters that wanted these for breakfast in the morning. I'll have my husband go up to Happy Valley and Lake Pleasant Pkwy in the morning. What a shame at that Surprise location and I understand it just opened in March 2023. Thank you for listening to me. I've been in customer service for over 40 years and I rarely complain, as enough people complain, I believe in compliments, as people take the time to complain but not compliment. But, this I could not let slip by, as it was that bad. I hope you can help clean up the Surprise store, because if that was a persons first trip in, I can guarantee they'd never go to another one. You are way better than Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, or any other place. Even VooDoo Donuts too!!! So please clean up this location. read more

All BoSa are good as we know but this BoSa has some of the best customer service. They are so friendly and personable here, it makes you feel like family. Every time I see Solina ,she is so awesome and sweet we love going here for not only the food but also the friendly faces! It's always a great experience here .....until today. Called the number on line to order to-go, got just a hello, and then hung up. Nobody in the building ordered 2 sandwiches ham/cheese 1 with everything one no onion. I was slid a paper and told you'll need to fill this out. Really?? Very young person with a nice large hickey on the neck. I'm not impressed today. Hope this isn't how it goes from here. 1 employee can keep many customers away from this business. read more
