Hello everyone, I recently visited Bosa Donuts on 43 Ave and Dunlap. My experience was a negative one, I am very disappointed in their service and quality of food. My daughter's egg and cheese croissant had a hair in it, and mine was missing the cheese and the bacon was undercooked. The overall appearance of the sandwiches were very poor and unappetizing, looked old and sloppy We couldn't eat them, so I asked for a refund. The owner lady was not wanting to give me a refund as she started yelling and saying she'll remake it instead. I said no please, I'd just like a refund we lost our appetite it had a hair in it! And why are you yelling @ me? Plus I noticed No one was wearing gloves! She again refused to refund me my money and turned her back on me to "remake" as she was still yelling things I couldn't understand. Her version of remaking consisted of her just throwing a slice of cold cheese on one and throwing the pieces of bacon for the other in the microwave until they were hard as rock, and put them back together. And the hair, she just took it out! I was not going to eat them! I told her I wanted a refund and she wouldn't listen. I just left my food and walked out. As I stated the issues with my food, I received not a single apology or empathy from her or anyone of the staff members or at least try to make it right. I will not come back here again! I used to love this place. The food was good and hot but the service has always been slow. Today was the last time I will go back, however. I went to the drive through, there was only one truck ahead of me. I ordered the number 4 and waiting after the truck. I was then at the window, the window was open. For like 17 minutes! Love this little charming place! My hubby had used the drive-thru before, and the donuts he brought home were delish! Better than Dunkin. So today I have work to catch up on, so Bosa Donuts is my new office. Lots of tablespace, quiet environment, and yes free WiFi. The staff are extra friendly, the lady who took my order-really sweet. Had a chocolate frosted donut that was fresh and fluffy. Being a coffee connoisseur, I was impressed with the iced coffe, Irish Cream. These donuts are so big it's like your eating a small cake. These are like gourmet donuts but you aren't paying a stupid amount for them. They are 99 cents each. You get stuffed after eating two of them. So this a great place to go if you are on a budget. Their iced coffee is amazing you can actually taste the coffee in it and it's got great flavor. The donuts here ARE TO DIE FOR! I love the light and fluffy donut with a rich icing and crunchy sprinkles! It was anazing and they are 24/hr WITH A DRIVE THRU!! These donuts were amazing and have an awesome assortment. The reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is because the staff isnt exactly friendly but the donuts are so worth it. This is our family's Sunday ritual. We've always gotten donuts but have also tried the Ham and Cheese Croissant, thai tea, and a few other things but absolutely love the croissant Sandwiches. Came here on a random morning on the weekend. This place is busy! Do not let the hole in the wall exterior, fool you, these guys know donuts. As I parked my car, I was beat out by two other customers, each of which ordered a dozen donuts each! Frankly, I was the only customer not ordering by the dozen, and I say that as a fact, not as an exaggeration. I ordered a Boston creme, a raspberry filled donut, and a fried chocolate cinnamon donut. The Boston creme tasted good, not heavy like I expected, but more airy instead. I also expected the fried chocolate cinnamon to have a crunch to them like some other donut stores, but this one didn't- I suppose this means it was fried less (not a bad thing) but was still yummy. My final, delightful surprise was the jalepeno ham and cheese croissant; I ate it so fast I didn't have time to take a picture. I've only ever had a jalepeno ham and cheese croissant back in Newport Beach (California) where I used to live, and I actually like this one is better! There's less bread to cheese and ham ratio, which I like, very much, and since I ate it like a raccoon this can only hint at how addictive this donut hut can be. Finally, I went back to the counter for a mocha java iced drink to top it all off. I don't think it was that strong, so I wouldn't recommend it. In summary: order the donuts and the damn delicious jalepeno ham and cheese croissants! The service is super fast, and the owners are so sweet and friendly that they even have a sense of humor when conversing with you. I'll be back soon! read more

Super sweet employees! I always stop by this specific Bosa location after my classes to enjoy a cold cup of Milk Tea & a fresh donut. The donuts are super fluffy and made fresh daily. Same goes for their drinks! I sometimes I eat in and do emails on my laptop. When they first opened, their drive thru sucked. I admit that. But now that they're on their feet, the service and treats couldn't get any better. I highly recommend you try this location. The worst customer service I've ever received. The lady who works here is extremely rude and if things don't go her way she will straight up yell at you & cuss at you in another language (I know this because I speak the same language she does) We placed our order in advance, called ahead to let them know we're on our way to pick it up and she said it was all ready. When we got there nothing was done, we waited patiently. We watched her microwave our donut holes (WTF!) We decided not to get the donuts here because we saw that happen , 1/2 the donuts we ordered were messy and 1/2 of the donuts weren't even ready for us. When we told her not to get our order done she flipped out and threw the donuts at the wall & started yelling at us. I was so shocked to see a grown woman do this. We explained why and she just got even more upset cussing at us in another language and telling us she didn't want our money. The man who also works there defended her behavior and allowed her to treat customers like this. I told them I fully understand what they're saying in another language but they didn't care. I wouldn't suggest this place to anyone and I will never spend a dime here ever again. We ended up going to the Rainbow Donuts nearby on Olive and they were incredibly nice! After going out for a drink at the entertainment district we wanted some donuts pretty typical of us to pick up some sweets late at night. I yelped the closet yet not close since we drove 20 minutes to it but OMG! It was so worth it. Customer service is okay but it's the donuts that earned these 5stars. They were incredible! I just left from this place and the lady who served me was rude. I asked for a melon smoothie with strawberry boba. The lady then gave me one with regular boba. When requested to get a different one, they offered to add the strawberry into what was already there. I told them no because I didn't like regular boba so requested to get what I originally ordered. Best doughnuts in town. It is worth driving out of your way for these. I used to live in Casa Grande and they had a BoSa there. I would go in every Sunday for breakfast. When I moved to Phoenix I added: "Find nearest BoSa" to my moving checklist. I would even say that these are better than Winchell's doughnuts that I so fondly remember as a kid in the 80's.
