Ordered a case they had online and they canceled it. .usually a business honor there sales . They said they can't send it free shipping even though there site gave the option and said it's a mistake. . Well isn't that the point of honoring your sales ! Other wise it's false advertising or click bait. . It's one case they had they should just bite the bullet for there mistake .instead now I have wait 3/5 Days for my money back ! I've taken two guitars into the store for restringing and service over the last two weeks. While the work itself was fine, the customer service left a lot to be desired. I'd describe it as unhelpful, and borderline rude. Can they do the work? Sure, but given a choice I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

These guys are awesome. It's rare to find a music store with knowledgeable people that are still very cool, chill, respectful, and helpful, without acting condescending towards those of us that aren't necessarily experts of our instruments. I've been in several times, made several purchases and recently had a guitar set up, and I'm actually blown away how well they were able it "fine-tune" the guitar to my play-style and expectations. They were very real with me on everything we talked about, were willing to teach me a thing or two about my instrument, and weren't condescending about any of it - actually very open and kind about it all. Their prices for instruments and services are also super reasonable. They were more affordable than Guitar Center for the setup and I'm willing to bet the efficiency of the service was greater - and you have the added bonus of supporting a local music business (nothing against GC, love those guys too). A fantastic, locally owned and operated music store that has a great, knowledgable staff, much better inventory than anything else in the valley, and great prices. Before I found out about them I was mostly just ordering things off of Amazon but I'm going to be coming here for everything I need from now on. Perfectly serviceable music store that seemed like it was geared towards towards the music programs at the local schools. I inquired about setting up a recently purchased guitar and the prices seemed reasonable with good timing. I wish that I could give them more then 5 stars!!! I was so impressed with the knowledge that they had. The gentlemen that helped us, I wish I would have gotten his name, was very helpful!! Some really awesome people run this store. When I was looking at trading in a Squier Telecaster and Washburn mandolin, the guy with the glasses was very helpful and recommended that I sell it on KSL or Craigslist instead, because he could only give me about 50% of what I could get it online. Pros: The guitar section of the store has a wide selection and some of the best staff I have ever met at a music store. They give you much better repair/maintenance prices than Mountain Rock Music in Springville. They also have a good selection of sheet music. Cons: Some of their orchestral instruments are horribly overpriced, small selection of name-brand drum kits, staff does not know much about upright basses. read more

The store isn't the most spacious location. The second entrance in the back feels a bit ill-conceived (but it is standard for the buildings nearby) and the sheet music isn't the most intuitive or abundant arrangement if you're hoping for an instrument beyond piano. In spite of the less-than-perfect layout, I've never encountered an impatient or uninformed worker. Recently I took in a cello I'd purchased elsewhere. They graciously tuned it up for me (with a tuning whistle that actually impressed me), evaluated the strings/build in a very objective manner (in no way did I feel compelled to purchase anything- in fact, he told me not to buy strings for my cello until they snapped because they were a bit pricey) and gave me the number to a second man who, since I asked, would be able to restring my all-but-useless bow. Also, I must clarify that it is enjoyable to walk through the store, entry/space restrictions aside. Primarily because they keep very relevant items on display. Wooden flutes and ocarinas occupy places of honor at the front, tempting anyone familiar with The Legend Of Zelda and anyone with a more aesthetic interest in musical instruments. And in the back you can find My Little Pony guitar straps, a fact that delighted me because it further emphasized just how in tune this store is with the younger demographic. Of course, this is in addition to what you'd expect in a music store: walls with beautiful guitars hanging on display. Honestly, I absolutely adore this little store and would suggest it to anyone, especially young orchestra students. Their display of classical instruments does justice to the small space they're working with, and visiting is a learning experience about your instrument in itself. read more

This is a store dedicated to service. Their team is knowledgeable, friendly and interested. My son stops by here frequently and the staff will talk with him respectfully which can't be said for everywhere a teenager goes. They may not have the largest selection, but give them a try. You won't be sorry. read more
