I have seen my fair share of instrument repair shops and NEVER have I come across a repair business with more skill and integrity. Windy fixed issues with my instrument that multiple other repair shops have said were unfixable. My flute has literally never sounded this good. When the flute was returned to me, it had even been polished- so I'm pretty sure it has never looked this good either! Additionally, the value of the services cannot be overstated. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable. In case you couldn't tell, I was incredibly impressed with my experience with Windy. If your instrument needs repaired I feel comfortable and confident saying that Windy is the right person for the job.

Evan is an excellent craftsman at the Piano. I'm sure my piano hadn't been tuned/repaired in 30+…read moreyears, and he did a fantastic job. He even came back twice more to install and adjust a new string for me. One visit was months later, once the string had stretched a bit. He was happy to come back and retune it for me. Communication: Evan's work is closer to art than prescribed work. Some jobs take longer than others, and Evan gave excellent notices (via text or call) for changes in schedule, etc. Skill: My piano had a broken string, a broken leg, sticking keys, and 1/2" of dust under the keyboard. Evan didn't flinch, and tackled each problem with confidence. Attention: He noticed the other instruments in the room, and he talked to me about how his tuning would bring my piano to true A440, making my other tuned instruments jive with the piano.
