Kody let me take my time playing between each...even the pianos well outside our size range...just so I could compare and settle on the BEST piano for our family. No pressure; just professional, educated information and answers to our questions. Their prices can't be beat and the service is outstanding; the included delivery was truly white glove: on time, careful, and they wiped all the finger prints off the piano before they left and ensured we were happy with its positioning in the room. Poor customer service. Contacted a manager who is named Joe. Been trying to get information from him for days. Never had responded to us. We keep reaching out to him but he is non responsive. We haven't shopped for a piano at this location; however, we do stop in when my son needs to pick up new piano books for his lessons. They don't say much so I always have to approach them when we need to find a type of music. The staff is friendly when they do engage, but it would be nice if they were more proactively willing to help out even if we are not in the market for a piano. Their selection is decent at least from what knowledge I have on sheet music. It is my son's piano teacher's choice which is why we'll continue to go back when she requests new sheet music for lessons. read more

Love my piano! Great experience at Piano Gallery and the best deal I could find on my piano.

The Orem Store agreed to help sell on consignment my Black Baby Grande Piano that I had purchase 8 years earlier for $11K. It sat for almost a year on the showroom floor, then disappeared to another unknown location. NOT one time over the year period was I contacted by anyone at the store regarding it's status despite a dozen calls/messages from me requesting information. Although I was promised a call back each time, No return calls EVER occurred. In September 2020, I called and advised them that I would be retrieving the piano and not selling it any longer. I was told that "coincidently", It had sold a few days before I called. They said my share of the sale was $3,500. Prior to it's sale, they did not notifying me of the total offer amount. They never would tell me what their "percentage" of the sale would be. After 7 more phone calls regarding the status of my money from the sale between Sept-Oct., I STILL have not received a phone call or a check from them. My piano dolly, straps, blankets and piano bench that were used to transport the piano to their facility have also disappeared from their building. I fear that this may end up in litigation. This store does NOT communicate or coordinate with those who leave pianos on consignment. They have not provided any physical paperwork/proof/contract of what the piano actually sold for and are likely making thousands of dollars (more than +-50% of the sale price).They do not get your pre-approval of a sales price before selling the piano. My advice is to sell your piano through the classified adds. It will be quicker, you will be in control and you will get a lot more money for your Piano. read more

Absolutely phenomenal! We worked with Joe to trade in our piano for a new one, since our original piano was not very safe for our 18 month old son. Joe was incredibly helpful, going so far as to replace the keytops on the piano we were receiving and sending out a tuner to fix a couple of issues with the piano at no charge. He listened to our concerns and questions and was always quick to respond in a kind and understanding way. We are moving soon - but if we weren't, we would get any and all future pianos from Joe at Piano Gallery! read more

The guy on the phone started out nice but then after a few minutes became quite the pain to talk to. After telling him that I bought a nice $700 Roland he said "oh I'm so sorry to hear that" and then after I told him how I loved how it felt I just wanted something with better speakers he told me that he's been doing this for 35 years and that the Roland doesn't feel anything like a real piano. Very rude and a business like this needs to treat musicians better. Music isn't science, it's an art and we can have our own opinion. If I think the Roland feels better and is weighted nicely then it is. Then he began to tell me how the only way to have a quality piano is to buy a $2700 one from their store. And that Yamaha is the only nice brand out there and all the other ones are mediocre. If he's really been doing this for 35 years then thats very sad because he doesn't know how to treat a customer.
