I spoke with store manager Tyler Oman, to make sure it was going to arrive safely. He spend most of the phone call badmouthing Guitar Center Corporate, telling me how over worked and underpaid he is . Such unprofessional behavior. I asked him if it was packaged well? He responded by telling me he packed it personally...... ( mainly due to he has no one else to do it, according to him) So it shows up, destroyed. Just the amp tossed into a flimsy, thin, oversized box, with a handfull or bubble wrap thrown in all will-nilly. No labels on the outside saying "FRAGILE" or something similar. It was about the worst effort someone could make. So lame. So I took it to my local Guitar Center. They were horrified by both the terrible packing job, as well as the personal comments regarding his G/C employment. They gave me 100% refund, as well as a "Good-Will discount voucher" to use at their store. DONT SHOP AT THE OREM STORE, ESPECIALLY ONLINE!!!!

When I reached out to initiate a return, they told me they would not help at all with the cost of return shipping, and they also told me they would not issue me a full refund since I was returning it. A DEFECTIVE item. This place doesn't stand behind what they sell, and they are incredibly rude to boot. Avoid this company at any cost. If I could give zero stars, I would.

First of all i understand, but how the crap am i supposed to know what a solo on that guitar is gonna sound like using my floppy fingers???? When was the last time you saw a rock star shredding a guitar with his pointer finger???. Windy fixed issues with my instrument that multiple other repair shops have said were unfixable. My flute has literally never sounded this good. When the flute was returned to me, it had even been polished- so I'm pretty sure it has never looked this good either! Additionally, the value of the services cannot be overstated. The cost of the repairs was very reasonable. In case you couldn't tell, I was incredibly impressed with my experience with Windy. If your instrument needs repaired I feel comfortable and confident saying that Windy is the right person for the job.

An absolute embarrassment of an establishment. I took my g shock in for its first battery change…read moreafter about 3 years of ownership. They performed the repair, then gave me the watch back. Immediately after, moisture entered the watch, and the buttons stopped working. I drove back, and they refused to take responsibility. Moisture had already entered the watch so I asked them to at least cash me out for the G Shock (which was only a few years old and water proof to 200m, I'll remind you). Ali refused, wouldn't give me a refund for the battery replacement, and wouldn't replace my watch, even though they did not make sure the watch was sealed properly. He claimed it was wear and tear, and that it was my fault and he doesn't take responsibility. NEVER trust them with your more expensive jewelry, considering this is how they treat cheap $100 G Shocks.
