Brigham Larson Pianos - Brigham Larson Pianos offers a wide selection of new and refurbished pianos.

Brigham Larson Pianos

We absolutely recommend Brigham Larson Pianos. We have had an excellent purchasing experience with…read morehim. We have learned a lot about the repair, cleaning and refurbishing that pianos need at various stages in their lives, and we decided we were more comfortable purchasing a used piano that had been thoroughly vetted and updated as needed. We were amazed at the work area and the meticulous restoration that is undertaken there. The sound of the piano that we purchased is incredible.

Buyer beware…read more -Bought a "refurbished" Yamaha piano for $7K+ -Salesman promised that a small list of repairs and cleaning would be made before delivery -Piano arrived dirty and still having unresolved repair items -Brigham, to his credit, apologized that the Quality Control check had been missed, said he would come out and repair the piano to make it right -Brigham did not come. Instead, he sent the same tech that missed the QC in the first place -Tech left the piano dirtier than he found it and left several repair items unfixed -I requested to return piano and get refunded -The team picked up the piano but couldn't provide any information about the refund process saying only, "Brigham will take care of you." -Asking Brigham for a refund devolved into a multi-day, unprofessional nightmare that included Brigham asking me to text him my Credit Card info in order for him to process the refund (who does that?) -The crown jewel of the whole experience was a phone call on which Brigham told me I'm not "thinking rationally" and that I "escalated this in ridiculous ways." -At the time of this writing I have still not been issued a refund. It has been 3 business day since they picked up my piano. I'm going to the store tomorrow morning to hopefully pick up a check. Fingers crossed.

Barrus Pianos - A perfect move!

Use Barrus Pianos when you need a piano moved. 2 guys with obvious experience came and moved an…read moreupright piano from our basement onto a U-Haul and secured the load. They had custom-made dollies and tools that protected our stairs and piano. I won't use anyone else.

We could not be happier with their service in moving our grand piano. It needed to be moved out of…read morethe way so our carpet could be replaced: move the piano to an adjacent room, after install carpet, replace piano. I called several moving companies to ask for bids, and got very high quotes without feeling that they knew what the task required. Eventually, a light went on in my head telling me to deal with a piano company, or at least ask its recommendation. I called Barrus to discuss the project. They asked the manufacturer and model of the piano, and whether any steps were involved. (Yes, two.) It was clear that they knew the exact weight of the piano without looking it up. I told them when the carpet was scheduled to be installed and we scheduled the piano move the day before. They arrived exactly on time and took about 15 minutes to put the piano on a piano board, remove the legs and pedals, wrap the piano in a padded quilt that was purpose-made for this size of grand piano, and move it into the adjoining room. The carpet installer came as scheduled. (I mention this because this doesn't always happen.) And the Barrus crew returned the next day (a SATURDAY, for crying out loud) to replace the piano. Did an excellent job. If you need to move a heavy piano, don't call your strongest friends to come help you. Call Barrus.
