MJ Pianos was one of two companies who bothered to call us back, and their estimate for the job was the lowest we received. The technician (Jacob) was prompt, courteous and professional. He tuned the piano beautifully and advised us that the piano's pedals were sticking. Since he had another job scheduled, a new appointment was made and the following day he returned to complete the repairs. We received upfront pricing which were promptly completed both times. I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to maintain their piano with professional assistance.

Also, they arrived with my new piano in a van that had a broken ramp. One of the movers was not even old enough to have a drivers license and the move took 4 hours. When I called to share my dissatisfaction with the owner, he kept shouting over the top of me and then hung up on me. This company is very poor at communicating possible additional charges, and they are lacking in customer service. (It would be interesting to know how often their customers end up paying more then the quoted price) FEELING SCAMMED
