I stopped in here because I inherited my grandfather's old accordion several years ago but I only…read morerecently committed to learning it. Being that it had sat in its case for over 20 years, and my lack of knowledge about the instrument, I brought it in for Paul to take a look at. Much to my surprise, he gave the ancient instrument a good bill of health and proceeded to play a bit on it, testing all the different reeds and making sure they all worked correctly. After he tested it, I pointed out the thin, cheap straps that were just tied onto the accordion. Thankfully, Paul had a great selection of straps and we were able to get one that will hopefully be more comfortable than the thin nylon strap... which hopefully leads to more time practicing, right? Paul was friendly, helpful, professional, and has a great shop full of beautiful accordions! Super happy I stopped in here rather than just ordering whatever straps I could get online. Paul also has lessons for the accordion at this location, so I'll probably be stopping in more in the future!
