Amazing service from Danny. Always willing to trust him with any motor that I bring in that needs to be repaired.

The "no hassle warranty" turned out to be a tremendous hassle. Multiple trips to and from the shop, transporting the TV each time + bad communication, unreturned phone calls & emails. I eventually did get my money back, but it took over a month, and felt like pulling teeth every step of the way. I am defiantly not a repeat customer.

Instead of taking the TV back apart to identify the problem, the tech said he would have the warranty company send me a new remote, which any fool could have figured out was not the problem because both remotes worked before the "repair". So, I was left with a less functional TV after the repair than before. The tech acted like he could care less and just wanted to leave. I wouldn't hire them again to change the remote batteries, let alone fix a TV. Update: Owner contacted me in response to my review, above. He seemed genuinely concerned about my experience and blamed his tech's inability to fix my problem on limitations put on them by the warranty company. Maybe so. But his concern would have been much more appreciated (and valuable) if it had come at the time of the service and not in response to a bad review. Like maybe if the tech had told him about my outcome and he had contacted me the next day to see if he could help. That's not what happened. Instead, I had to fight with the warranty company to get my problem (which didn't exist before the repair) resolved.

I had my broken screen replaced and power button "fixed" while visiting Utah. A week after having…read morethis work completed, my screen kept going black. I called the staff at tricked out, or fix a phone, who's solution was to ship my phone back. I informed them that this was not an option, as I am a mom, and we do not have a home phone. Oh, the power button "fix" never took, either. I ended up taking my phone to a local spot in sf, who diagnosed the problem as a faulty screen. They replaced the screen, AND charged just $90 as opposed to the $159 I paid for fix a phone to install a faulty one. I spoke with manager Robbie, who agreed that he would refund my money for their faulty work. I mailed the screen back two weeks ago, and have called and emailed multiple times. Each time, Robbie has said he will talk to his manager and get back to me. So, I spoke with said manager today. Wow. First, he stated that he "just heard about this matter" when I have been calling for weeks. He would not let me speak, kept interrupting me, and said he would not agree to the terms previously promised. So, they have their faulty screen in their hands now, and still refuse a refund. What shady business operators. Please avoid this place. They are overpriced, do terrible work, and have absolutely no concept of customer service.

They are very affordable, but even more importantly they were fast, and did everything I could have hoped for and a little bit extra. There were a couple of hardware problems that required me making multiple trips back to their store, which normally would be aggravating, but these guys handled it so well and were so cool with me (not to mention the perks and extras that they threw in) that I would gladly do it all over again. Tony especially was awesome to work with. Cheerful, detail oriented, and a man of his word. I can't say enough good about these guys. I would gladly drive past 10 of their competitors to do business with them again. I hope I don't break any touchscreens anytime soon, but if I do, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you Tony, and thank you Fix-a-Phone!
