We purchased a house that has an antenna in the attic but couldn't get the coax outlets the…read morebedrooms to get a digital signal from the antenna.  John scheduled a time to come and look at the antenna, he called before he came and arrived on time.  He was very pleasant about going up into our dirty attic to see what is going on.  From there he was able to trace the antenna line to our basement and discovered that each of the rooms were wired but disconnected from a splitter.  Really simple fix to reconnect and now all the connections are working.  John charged a very minimal fee for the visit and was really great to work with.  Without his help we would not have figured it out.  I highly recommend Olson Electronics and will definitely use them again!

I then called for an update and not only did they say they hadn't started it yet, but it would still take 2-3 weeks due to their long queue. When I went to take it back the employee who gave it back to me was kind, but she never asked me any follow up questions or tried to do anything to keep my business. He was thorough in explaining the problem. He was fully booked but made time to examine and then squeezed me in to fix it two days later instead of waiting over the weekend. Whew! He arrived, took it apart, then left saying he had an idea that he thought he could try that he'd been having great success with. He went to get what he needed, came back and got to work again. The idea paid off....making the repair bill go from $350 down to $218. We will definitely call him again if needed! Honest and diligent. I see why the good reviews and how he's been in business for so long.

But Neil called me back and took the time to listen to all the problems (don't buy Maytag) and give some ideas of things to try even before he came out. We decided it was worth having an expert come out to diagnose. Neil gave us a thorough and unbiased assessment and his recommendation. I couldn't have asked for more. PLUS, he was very affordable. We ended up replacing, but I was glad we had Hart's come out.

They were able to take it apart and get it squared away with a fantastic turn around time. My repair was quick, but I was also super happy with the employees taking time to trouble shoot with me and determine that my switch dock was also fried, contributing to the problem with my diagnosis. Either way, I ended up spending a reasonable amount instead of buying a new console. I would highly recommend.

Needed a small part for an electric motor today, a screw to attach the wire. He said it was…read moreunlikely he had one (2 of the 3 motors I'm hooking up have that screw). I'm in dire straits needing to hook up this motor with one lost screw common on electric motors. He went in back, heard him rummage in a box for less than a minute, came back and said he couldn't find one and didn't have time to look. I would have gladly paid $5 for the screw, even a $20 minimum fee! The way it is though, I have a motor that likely needs to be rebuilt, guess he doesn't have time for it either.
