    I wish I had reviewed yelp prior to coming here. I called the store and inquired about getting my son's IPad screen fixed. They told me to stop on by and drop it off they had the part. So I came in (this is Sunday) and dropped it off. The employee told me it should only take 48 hours at the most. So I figured I should maybe here from them Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday came and went, so did Thursday. Midway through Friday I figured maybe I should call. They answered and after a few minutes of being on hold, they said they were actually just working on it, and it will be done in a few hours. They'll call me to get it soon. Well I received no call back Friday for pick up. So Saturday I was in the neighborhood and stopped in to see what is going on. The employee went in the back, and came back with new information. He stated the part had JUST ARRIVED. They have been waiting on the screen, because they took my iPad in for repairs and didn't have a the part. (Which originally I was told they had) I told him that was fine I understand thing happen, and wished they had just communicated that with me when they knew about the oversight. He told me my IPad was the 1st one to be worked on, and I should have it later on Saturday or Sunday when they opened. Well as history would repeat itself, Saturday night came, and Sunday, and Monday. Tuesday morning I put a reminder to call about lunch to see what the heck is really going on. About 11am I received a text notifying me that my IPad was ready to be picked up. I told my little boy (it's his iPad) and he was super excited. SO, I get there about 4pm and of course there's a line! I wait about 15 minutes and FINALLY it's my turn. I give the girl my information and she goes in the back. 5 minutes later she comes back with IPad in hand, and sets it on the counter. She tell me they are not going to charge me for the replacement. ( I think to myself WOW! What service!) then she proceeded to tell me the reason is because the screen they replaced is actually damaged, and they didn't notice it until her quality control check. she handed me the iPad and said they were going to let me have it for the holiday. And promptly have a new one over nighted for replacement. I was also told there would be no charge for this as well. At this point I'm not holding my breath, though I hope the make good on their word. We'll see if they call me like promised after Thanksgiving to come in for the replacement. Honestly, a little honesty, and communication goes a long way with me. If you considering coming here, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

    We walked into this location 20 mins before closing, desperate to get help testing the battery life of my moms iPad. She had just spent the last 2 weeks in ICU and is being transferred to transitional care where she will be rehabilitating on lock-down for the next 3 weeks. She is deaf and has trouble communicating and hearing what's going on around her. She is scared about not having me there to help her communicate with doctors and caregivers around her. I needed someone to check the battery life of her iPad before she goes into the facility, as it will be the only way she will be able to communicate with me during her stay and she will not be able to bring anything else in with her due to Covid. The employee working at UBreakIFix said, "sorry. We're closing in 15 minutes. Try Best Buy Geek Squad."

    Awful experience brought in a Xbox series X with minor water damage (I did all the important steps to take after water damage like leaving it off for a 24 hour period). They then proceeded to take it for two weeks with no contact and sent me an email thanking me for my visit. Got on customer support to ask if they still had it which they said yes and it was ready to be picked up. Came in 5 days later and they told me they couldn't find it and to contact them later that day. Called them later that day and was told they handed it off to someone else and to wait from a call from them to find out how we proceed. Finally after another week get told they have another Xbox Series X that I can pick up that might work. Pick it up the next day and its completely trashed and looks like it was thrown off a building. You can feel and see all the parts on the inside rolling around, the side panels are way bent out of shape, the bottom plate is completely missing and the area around the disc drive is melted, it obviously doesn't even work either. So disappointed with the service, at the very least I could've sold the other one for parts but this one is complete junk. I dont recommend ever going here this was a nightmare

    They should change their name to UBREAKIMAKEITWORSE!!
