When I reached out to initiate a return, they told me they would not help at all with the cost of return shipping, and they also told me they would not issue me a full refund since I was returning it. A DEFECTIVE item. This place doesn't stand behind what they sell, and they are incredibly rude to boot. Avoid this company at any cost. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I've had multiple uncomfortable experiences at this store, and unfortunately, the customer service…read morehas really turned me away. The first time, we bought some drumsticks, and when I declined to donate to the charity at checkout, the employee started questioning why I wouldn't donate and made me feel guilty about saying no. I thought it was unnecessary and uncomfortable, but I brushed it off. Most recently, I was playing one of the pianos and didn't realize the store was closing in about 20 minutes. I had only been playing for around 10 minutes. Instead of simply letting me know that the store would be closing soon, the employees shut off the power in the piano area while I was still sitting there. At first, I genuinely thought the power had gone out, until I noticed the employees looking at me. It felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. I was actually planning on purchasing something that day, but after that experience, I decided not to. From now on, I'll be taking my business somewhere else. Everything is overpriced anyways. Overall, some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Every time I'm here, I feel like I'm being judged rather than welcomed as a customer.

Look forward to going to the store again in the future.

Around the same time I had fulfilled the minimum for my rental contract with Summerhays I learned about Micelli Violins and decided to look into it. I was also shown higher-end models that were priced very competitively. But perhaps most important, I felt like I was being given great advice and direction on my purchasing decision--and without any pressure to buy the more expensive option. I walked away feeling confident in my decision. I highly recommend Micelli Violins.
