MJ Pianos was one of two companies who bothered to call us back, and their estimate for the job was the lowest we received. The technician (Jacob) was prompt, courteous and professional. He tuned the piano beautifully and advised us that the piano's pedals were sticking. Since he had another job scheduled, a new appointment was made and the following day he returned to complete the repairs. We received upfront pricing which were promptly completed both times. I would highly recommend this service for anyone looking to maintain their piano with professional assistance.

He even came back twice more to install and adjust a new string for me. One visit was months later, once the string had stretched a bit. He was happy to come back and retune it for me. Communication: Evan's work is closer to art than prescribed work. Some jobs take longer than others, and Evan gave excellent notices (via text or call) for changes in schedule, etc. Skill: My piano had a broken string, a broken leg, sticking keys, and 1/2" of dust under the keyboard. Evan didn't flinch, and tackled each problem with confidence. Attention: He noticed the other instruments in the room, and he talked to me about how his tuning would bring my piano to true A440, making my other tuned instruments jive with the piano. At my new house the unloading went very quick and they took great care to make sure furniture was placed in the correct rooms. The service that I received was second to none! From start to finish I was extremely impressed with…read morethis company. The scheduling of cleaning was really easy and user friendly. Blake showed up right on time and was very friendly and polite. I am a tool guy so I had to nose around his van and eye ball what he had. The equipment that he used was immaculate and neatly stored away which told me from the get go that he cares about what he is doing and the services that he offers. (In my profession how someone take care of their tools and equipment says a lot about the person using them. Which at the end of the carpet cleaning only reaffirmed what I had thought when I was looking in his van.) As Blake was unrolling his hoses and setting up I was inquiring about the processes that he uses and he was more than happy to explain everything to me. Once Blake fired up his carpet cleaner he got down to the business at hand. He made our four year old carpet that I have only ran a vacuum across once or twice a week look like new carpet was just installed.
