I love OTF and the OTF concept and this studio is ok but I wouldn't go out of my way to come here…read more My beef: -$28 drop in rate if you're not on the unlimited or have a plan, a little steep for a location that's not downtown or in a happening area. -I've been a few times and haven't really connected with any of the coaches or staff. I really don't even remember the names of the coaches I had because the personality was lacking along with motivation. -People here do NOT follow the number system when moving from tread to rower to floor and staff does nothing about it. This drives me absolutely bonkers because once this happens it causes a chain reaction of people having to move and not knowing where they are going, therefore slowing down the workout. -Just not my people. This is a studio for younger folk who want to talk/gossip more than workout. I'm used to a more focused/serious group that is there to get the best workout possible. So yeah, obviously not my choice studio but I like it because it's pretty central so I can meet a friend for a workout. OTF is awesome but I wish this studio would work on the items above.

I was really hoping to just cancel and move on but after being harassed with multiple phone calls and texts messages I have figured out that canceling a membership Is much harder than anticipated. I was canceling for personal health reasons, but because of how Megan (the manager) talked to me on the phone I have no intention of ever stepping foot in an orange theory ever again. Completely embarrassing the way she try's to convince you to stay.

I have been going to Hard Assets for some time now. Every workout is varied and is as challenging…read moreas you make it. Hard Assets creates a very inclusive climate for all levels of fitness. There are exercises, both cardio and polymeric, that are adapted to meet your personal level of fitness. No matter if you can't do a jumping-jack or you can sprint the hill 10 times, everyone is encouraging of your efforts. I don't think I have EVER heard someone being made fun of for their level of fitness participation (unless you are just completely slacking that day, then Chris "encourages" you). The coaches also adapt fun games into the workouts that provide an excellent way to get fit and have fun. Although the jokes during the workout are lame, they are so "punny" that you have to laugh/groan.
