He doesn't just force all of his clients to do the same thing, he tailors a workout regimen to the client's needs. He will give you as much information as you want about the approach he is taking, why you're doing what you're doing, and even give you as many pointers about personal health habits that need improving in or out of training. He's pretty flexible when it comes to what days/times you want to come in and will keep up with your schedule to make it work. He's also pretty down to earth and fun to talk to while you're training, all the while making you work. It's easier to work out if you're distracted from the pain, I think, so it's a good characteristic for a trainer. It's definitely worth it.

But, I wasn't making progress. Then I met Brandon. He is incredible. He uses old school weight training which is so much better then circuits. Aside from circuits, I had never lifted weights before. We started with weights low enough where I felt comfortable and then quickly started increasing weight. He knows how hard to push you so you improve, but do not get hurt. Brandon brings an abundance of training and experience to the table. He is extremely knowledgeable in all areas of the muscles groups and focuses on working all of them out. He has a way of explaining the movements so you can visualize how the exercise is working out the muscles. He is also very patient. He doesn't mind repeating the same thing over and over until I get it. If you want serious no-nonsense weight training with a true professional, Brandon is your man!

I have been going to Eli for the last 6 months. I have never been to a trainer before, and I was…read morenervous that I wouldn't be able to keep up. I view myself as uncoordinated, and I didn't know if this was the best route for me. I gained 25 pounds in the last 6 years and lost my self-confidence. I wanted to get myself back, but I didn't know how to do it. Going to Eli was the best thing I could have done. Eli's personality, motivational training style, and extensive nutrition knowledge allowed me to reach my goals. I train with Eli 3 times a week. I lost 25 pounds in the first 4 months and reached my goal weight of 122 pounds. Eli put me at ease at my first appointment and continues to put me at ease. He challenges me, but with a very watchful eye during my entire workout. Eli makes sure my form is correct so I target the correct muscles and prevent injury. Every workout is different. I don't know how he keeps so many exercises in his head. I am never bored and the hour flies by. My life is busy. I have a full time job and a family of 7. Sometimes I have to change my workout times in order to incorporate my 3 weekly workouts. Eli always works with me so I may maintain my workout schedule. I will continue my 3 weekly workouts. I feel so much more energy, and I have my self confidence back. I am definitely healthier, and shopping for clothes has become enjoyable. Eli is always ready to answer my many questions. As goals are attained, I set new goals. Eli incorporates my new goals into an updated plan. He recently emailed me a food guide for my current goal of further lowering body fat. Eli is not only a great trainer, he is a good person. He is very passionate about what he does. Eli walks the walk and is an inspiration. He's a nutrition guru as well and has created meal plans for me to achieve my weight and fitness goals. He always pushes me to achieve greater, modifies exercises as needed, and over the years I've learned to trust his judgment. Total Health and Exercise in Centennial, where we work out, is a private gym of the highest quality: clean, large space with a great sound system, equipment in excellent condition, locker rooms with showers, really good lighting, towels, mirrored walls, special flooring, etc. The gym has an energizing atmosphere because of the positive attitude of the trainers and clients. At times it feels like an extended family.

She and Dianne really took the time to get to know me and my goals, and put together a program that takes all aspects of my fitness and wellness, as well as my busy stressful life, into consideration. They're helping me create a way of life, advising on diet and wellbeing in addition to the physical fitness and strength. I feel so much better already and am on a steady path to meeting my goals. Leslie is a knowledgeable trainer who is very positive, encouraging and supportive, as well as is not afraid to get real with me (which I need!). She is a yoga instructor as well, so she often works some yoga into the session, which has been great for strength building, flexibility and stress reduction and I always look forward to it. She also takes the time to put together workouts for me for while I am traveling for business or when I won't be seeing her so I don't lose any progress. Ask for her! She is wonderful! I also really like that the Conditioning Classroom is private just for personal training and some classes (I've taken a few kick-boxing classes from Dianne, which are a serious workout but lots of fun! She is impressive!), and that it's not at a big gym. No distractions, no intimidations. And I feel good supporting a great local/small business that is run and staffed by some fantastic individuals! Before I signed up, I didn't know how I was going to be able to get back to my "old self" after a couple downhill years, but thanks to Leslie and the Conditioning Classroom I feel well on my way! I definitely recommend the Conditioning Classroom for personal training!

Love them! I went to see Grant to get my golf swing back into shape. I'm recovering from a back…read moreinjury related to a snowboarding accident, so I needed to take it slow and regain my flexibility before I could start moving more weight. I have been working out with Grant for a few months now and he's been great. Grant has done a great job of helping to increase my flexibility, rotation and restore the strength I had before the accident. My golf swing is back! My flexibility and rotation has increased 100 fold and I'm now back to hitting the ball the way I used to. Of course that still needs improvement! (Grant is a golf conditioning coach, not a swing coach!). If you're looking for a gym to pick up hot chicks and flex with your buddies, look at the big box gyms. If you want a personal trainer / nutritionist that can design a personalized plan to meet YOUR fitness goals, give them a call. They have been fantastic!

Even over Zoom, Sasha is prompt, prepared, keeps count/time of my sets and most importantly, keeps me honest. I work up a sweat every workout and I'm typically sore a day later because Sasha continues upping the ante. Even while remote, Sasha is able to monitor my form and suggest adjustments. Her workouts are customized based on the person and ability - when I first started with her I was struggling walking. My workout, like before, consists of plyometric stretching (even this is hard!), abs, and then the real workout focused on either upper body, lower body, or total body. Sasha accommodates my many old sports injuries - including 2 ACL replacements. She always starts my workout asking how I'm feeling. And, depending on my latest aches/pains, our stretching is refocused. The biggest benefit of my workouts with Sasha (besides enhanced mobility, strength and fitness) is mental fitness and clarity - especially during these crazy times.
